To be honest my children dread going to this place. The staff is very rude and condescending with their employees and scheduling unpredictable and variant and it appears that the 12 hour shifts wear on everyone. Their daycare timing is convienient from 5:30 to 5:30 but far too long for a few staff (3-5?)members to manage 73 young children. And any beneficial true educational value is lacking in terms of numbers, spelling ect. So far the only welcoming employee that both me and my children have had no complaints about is their teacher Salena who is the only relief from the dire atmosphere. My son especially has been victim to bullying and being hit by other children since his arrival and even at one point had another child drop a chair on his head!!! It has finally become too much and my kids couldn't be more excited to not have to go back to that facility.

I have been taking my son to a bright star since he was 3, he is 8 now. He is my only child and I'm a "little" picky who he spends time with when he is not with me or dad while we are at work. I might have been nervous at first- but now I know after 5 years, he is very well taken care of and safe while I am at work. My son would totally rat on them at his age now, but he only says good things and talks about the good care they give the younger kids and how they try to make as fun and learning based as possible. I have also always had only positive experiences with the staff and owner-even when my son acted up like every 3-8 year old does or there was some issue life created or when I just didn't plan well as a working mom. I can tell they really care about the kids.

All very nice. My daughter loved going here. Starr is amazing as well as all the staff. There is one teacher that always made my little one feel safe when I left. Her name is teacher Sabrina. She’s so wonderful ❤️

I absolutely love this daycare and preschool. My daughter has thrive so much from being in school prices are amazing and super Duper affordable. All the staff are super nice they truly care for your child I 100% recommend this school and take care.
