CEA is easily the best gym around regardless of whether you just want to just get in shape or be a dominant athlete. My son is 8. He was so nervous to begin working out at CEA. His fears of being there were conquered DAY 1!!! So proud of his hard work, dedication to working out with coach Mo, and even more thankful for coach Mo and his willingness to go above and beyond for his athletes, non athletes, and just for people in general! My son now brags to us that he can finish the monkey bars and do a pull up. He says it's because "I work out at Gary's!" This makes my heart happy! Thank you CEA for helping with Brody's confidence!

I have been training since 1980 I am 57 years old I love a challenge and I love to be pushed hard to become stronger every day . This gym has nothing but people of all ages driving to get better to get stronger add to become the best they can be with the help of the owner Coach mo (Gary Moniz) . He has help me to accomplish many of my goals and keeps me striving for more I can honestly say I look around the room and see everyone inspired to be a better person in and outside the gym. I have the upmost respect for him and his wife Jennifer Moniz. If you want a challenge or to be a better athlete / badass woman or just a Flippin beast come try out this gym! it’s definitely not for sissylals though !!
