I found Meditate School of Mindfulness and Sound several years ago online. Music, Sound, Spiritual Modalities, and Yoga were a constant companion over the last several decades, so this school was a little intriguing to me.
I signed up for Level 1 and Levell 2, and it was simply amazing. I was hooked, all in, and it continued to manifest into Level 3, Nidra, then Master of Sound Healing.
Of course, the training is world class, Bill, Becky, Brian coupled with all the other beautiful beings (Coaches) bring light, love, and energy into every training session.
The online training, library, resources, and community is the best you’ll find anywhere, and I cannot say enough about the support, guidance and community long after the training has been completed.
If you’re being called to be a Healer, curious and enjoy Music, Sound and Frequencies, or looking for a safe community with a heart hearted focus on love and kindness.
Well, sign up for a class or two, a retreat, any of the many offerings Coach Bill and the Team offerings, and (like me) you’ll be ALL IN and glad you did!!!!

I have taken 3 levels of training with them and the instructors teach from the heart. They provide science mixed with options on how to facilitate various types of sessions using intuition from a place of experience and love. They have created an amazing community. I had been interested in taking a class in sound bowls for so long, but I could never find a place, or a someone, to help me. That all changed when I saw that Meditate School of Mindfulness and Sound were coming to my area. I decided to take Level 1 & 2 while I had the chance. From the very first moment of class, I knew that I had found my people, my tribe. I sat in class realizing that I was happy and peaceful. What a gift I had given myself in trusting to sign up for these classes! Level 1 & 2 gave me the push to take Level 3. Now I'm enrolled in their year long S.V.M.T. course. All the instructors are knowledgeable, and treat the students with kindness and respect. I wouldn't have continued had they not been. It's nice knowing that you can always reach out with a question and you're not left hanging. I honestly can't save enough wonderful things about this school.

I found this community in 2023 and proceeded to get my Level 1 & 2 Sound Vibrational certifications. Since I’ve continued to expand and grow working through Level 3 & soon finishing up level 4&5. The support, kindness, love, knowledge and so much more is shown with this community. If you haven’t taken the time to check them out please do as the growth opportunities are truly amazing.
