The Huntington Learning Center family of staff is an incredibly crew. After we began fostering our soon to be adopted son, the gaps in his education due to what he’d experienced over more than a year and a half became apparent very quickly. Testing showed that he was 2 years behind in school. Sherry and the team thoroughly explained what we were seeing and laid out what seemed like a rigorous but achievable plan. They do everything they can to accommodate families and their schedules and you can tell how much they care not only by how consistently they hold their students accountable but by what big cheerleaders they are for them after every session. Sherry even assisted with my son’s ARD and she was a huge asset. I can’t imagine many children love tutoring and Kaiden is certainly not one of them but while I can’t say he doesn’t complain on the way in, he seems very proud and self assured on the way out. Thank you Huntington!

#1 thing to know about HLC, they will attend your ARD meeting! Having Sherrie and Jessica attend my son’s ARD was such a help to family. They asked great questions and tailored my son’s tutoring curriculum to align with the school!
Besides that amazing benefit, my son has been attending for 1.5 months and is already having 80-95% growth in reading and math! Math has been his most difficult subject in third grade. He’s ADHD, is remediated from speech therapy, receives OT and dyslexic. He was 2 grade levels below in math and was very uncomfortable reading out loud. But HLC has worked wonders with him and their tutors are so effective, kind and encouraging.
We attend immediately after school and all work is completed at the center. They demonstrate what they worked on with Star Charts and he gets prizes as he moves forward.

My first grade daughter started with Huntington Bee Cave last November. She was struggling to read, couldn't remember the simplest of sight words or phonetic rules, and those frustrations began to snowball at home. Once it became apparent that she wasn't getting adequate support in her classroom, it was time to call in some outside help. Ms. Sherry, Ms. Ashleigh and their incredible team have been the difference-makers for our girl. They have unmatched years of experience, and they truly care about your child working towards and attaining meaningful progress. There's a plan, it's thoughtful, it's communicated, and it works! We also love that they invest in and celebrate what makes her learning unique, which has both grown her confidence and deepened her understanding of the material. We're thankful for you, Huntington! My daughter has been going to the Huntington Learning Center at Bee Cave since Abril 2022. Her school grades improved consistently during these 8 months l. Since when my wife and I contacted the center for the first time, we always felt supported by the owner and her staff led by Becky. They have excellent teachers that really helped my daughter to overcome learning gaps from the pandemic years. My daughter enjoys having classes at Huntington and I am sure that she has now strong bases to grow in her life. Thanks Huntington Learning Center for impacting my family for better!

Huntington is very encouraging and has a growth mindset. Our elementary school aged son has become confident at math, and went from never reading to enjoying reading for fun! Also, they helped our daughter raise her SAT score 200 points. Huntington is amazing!

We would absolutely recommend Huntington Learning Center in Bee Cave! We noticed our daughter struggling with reading in 1st grade and in less than a year they had her reading above her grade level. Ms. Sherry and all of her staff are so encouraging and really focus on what each individual child needs. Our daughter loved all of her teachers and was excited to go to her sessions! Her confidence in school work has significantly grown since attending Huntington.

Huntington at Bee Cave is an amazing place! I have been teaching here since September of 2021. The experience I have gained helping kids reach their full potential is so rewarding. Huntington’s learning plans have made that easy. They have spent decades fine tuning these lesson plans to help kids of all learning levels improve. I have seen first hand how much improvement can be made with these plans. So much, I have recently worked with them to start tutoring my 9 year old daughter this summer and I am so excited. It would be in your best interest to also become part of the Huntington family by either teaching or enrolling your child/children in this process. This is extremely important recovering from the impact Covid has had on student growth.
