My son attended Gideon for their reading program. As a dyslexic student who was behind in reading, I really appreciated how the program was easy to follow. He genuinely enjoyed coming to class. The tutors were attentive, listening to him read to ensure proper word pronunciation (he also had challenges with speech articulation). Aarti was especially great, providing thoughtful feedback and support. I truly love this place!

My sons have been going to Gideon Frisco for more than an year and we really love the style of teaching at Gideon. I must say that the Gideon staff is very good and especially Ms Aarti, who is the director @Gideon, is an amazing tutor for my boys! I must say my boys thrive in their math, reading and writing skills because of Gideon and because of Ms Aarti's efforts. She is very patient with kids and she pays utmost attention to the unique needs of each kid. The part I like the most is that instead of sticking to the grade level, Ms Aarti assesses the acquired skills periodically and adjusts her teaching content accordingly which means kids might also get the opportunity to start working on higher grade contents if they are ready. My kids are already ahead compared to their grade level because of Gideon. I will recommend it to anyone who want their kids to have a strong foundation in math, reading, and writing.

Our son Tatum has been attending Gideon at this location for almost a yr. now! He just started Kindergarten and we’re already noticing how advanced he is in his class. He tends to be very shy in new environments - Gideon has instilled so much confidence in his abilities to read, write and understand math.

His brother (who is in 2nd grade) has made HUGE improvements at school since starting Gideon. He's much more confident in his ability to read.

The owner (Aarti Dewan) is very involved and cares about each student’s progress. The teachers are kind and challenge both our boys. Consistency is key!

Nothing is worse than seeing your child struggle in school. We are grateful to have found a facility that provides the personalized attention our boys needed. It is most definitely worth the investment.

Aarti and the staff at Gideon are fantastic! My husband and I are so impressed that she knows each of her students well. She knows their strengths and weaknesses and she genuinely wants her students to master the skills before “moving on” to the next book. She tailors lessons to each of the students needs at their own pace. When they excel in an area, they are quickly given more challenging work. If they are struggling with a concept, she works with them until they understand it. We love that Aarti has children of her own, and that she is flexible with scheduling when it comes to summer camps and sports.

My daughter had just turned 4 when she started attending this particular Gideon location last year. I wanted to know how long it will take before she is able to read and write. That was 8 months ago and a lot has happened since then. My daughter has within this short time frame grown into a confident little girl who can read well and write with confidence. The program outline is simply phenomenal and the teachers are seriously dedicated and vested in the children. The owner of this Gideon is an amazingly dedicated educator who genuinely cares about her pupils. I have witnessed her outstanding tutoring skills with her style of teaching, interaction with students, patience and dedication even where the child is developmentally challenged.

My daughter started at Gideon 6 mos ago and I am so happy with her overall progress. In her preschool, she really didn't learn much. But within 6 mos, she can read all the step 1 reading books, learnt how to form sentences, and her math skills have improved so much. She's doing really great in Kindergarten compared to all other students. I love the overall structure, curriculum, and material offered at Gideon. I specially like the Preston center run by Arti since she's always on the floor answering questions or any concerns that we have. Love all the staff too. My daughter is very comfortable working with them and the staff really encourages her.
