We were unsure of where to start with colleges. Our son had a specific major in mind but we were overwhelmed by how to determine where to apply. Laura could not have made the process more easy. She kept our son on task with what was next in the application process, encouraged him to take standardize testing, and provided tutoring for the testing. She set realistic goals that made him feel more confident in the application pool. He has now been accepted into many colleges with merit aid to help offset out of state options. She has also recommended scholarships for him to apply for. Definitely a huge bonus! We could not have done this without Valencia Tutors! Thank you for everything.

We started using Valencia tutors when they were new and watched them grow because they really care!! Laura was amazing with my son. He had talent in writing but wouldn’t do much if it. He didn’t know the proper way to do an essay/ report. Laura knew his ability and pushed him. It was so what he needed. He wrote his college papers with ease because of that. He loves to research and write papers and graduated the university with an honors degree. Thanks for pushing him! ❤️

My son used Valencai Tutors to help him with a business calculus online course. Laura (the owner) placed us with Adriana as a tutor who was excellent. Yesterday he passed the final exam and they were nearly as proud of him as he was of himself. Valencia tutors were able to simplify the complex concepts and engage my son who has learning issues and is not a great math student. The caring, smart and helpful approach by Laura and her tutors is extraordinary. I would highly recommend them for any tutoring needs.

I first began Valencia Tutors as a high school senior for tutoring and college counseling. As a first generation college student, I had many questions about the whole process. Laura Lorenze guided me step by step in choosing schools, applying, and taking all the appropriate tests. After graduating college this year, I reached back out to Laura for career advice. Again, she guided me through post graduate options and helped direct me in the right direction. Laura and Valencia tutors have been nothing short of exceptional and I am confident I would not be in the same position I am today without their help. From the start, Laura always made herself available and was willing to help, no matter how big or small. I would highly recommend this business for high school juniors and seniors preparing for college. When beginning my college search, i didn't know where to start. Valencia Tutors provided me with a roadmap and counseling support in choosing my college preparation path. I utilized their SAT prep and Essay Writing sessions and my SAT score increased significantly. The staff there is wonderful, and they are all very invested in your future and truly care about you finding the right match for your college experience - financially, academically, and socially.

It is no coincidence I got into all of my dream schools after working closely with Laura Lorenze and Laura Faraci. The year before that, I did not get into USC, UCI, or UCLA. I got into all three and the only thing that changed was having the assistance of these intelligent professionals at Valencia tutors. This place MAKES the difference when getting into dream schools. All of the teachers are great. And they really do have a fully-stocked laboratory especially for chemistry and physics.
