I highly recommend Fast Pace Health! I was able to reserve my spot online and they got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. The staff if extremely helpful and friendly as well. Hopefully I won't need to go back, but if I do this is the Urgent Care I will go to!

Great first time visit! Easy to check in and very low wait time. All the staff were super nice and professional! I appreciate the compassionate & prompt care I was given. Facility was very clean. I have already recommended to others!

My husband went for a simple drug test. The sign in process is too long and complicated for seniors. The girl upfront was rude, and
had a bad attitude! Very snippy. If you don't like your job, find another one! Of course on that one patients do all the work for you!

I would give 6 stars if they would let me! I was very impressed with the level of competence that was displayed on my visit to the facility in New Hope Al. Specifically the receptionist who was very patient and informed with the information that she shared with me. I recommend this Urgent Care facility to anyone who is in need of any medical assistance.

ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC ! I went to them due to an oral abscess from an infected tooth, on a Sunday and had literally a 1 minute wait. I don't currently have a Dentist and can't afford to go to one. I am on Medicaid and they accepted it. Immediately the girl at the front counter was very friendly and got me started ASAP. The NP I saw was super sweet and very helpful. She really took her time to help figure something out for me. I was thrilled that she gave me some Antibiotics and a medicated oral rinse because the ER told me they could do nothing. She helped recommend somewhere that can remove the abscess if need be and not pay an arm and a leg. Thank you for helping me out and I will definitely come back if I need to. DEFINITELY CHECK THEM OUT if you are around the area! I am sooo happy they are close by.

It was perfect. Quick check in.
5 minutes later in a room with the nurse getting my Vitals. Another 3 to 5 minute wait and the Doctor was in and looked at what I had going on.
We thought it was chiggers but it turned out to be poison oak.
They gave me a shot antibiotics and some cream to apply to my legs.
Great place I would give it a 10 and highly recommend it.

Great experience! My family doctor was booked up and I needed to see a doctor. Online registration was easy and being able to pick an available appointment time that fit my schedule was much appreciated. Courteous staff and a very detail oriented doctor that took her time to find out the best treatment for me. I was very impressed with the entire experience.
