Clay and Teri are such nice people. Never gave up on me even though I didn't believe in myself. Always encouraging me to succeed. It's really nice having people like that in my corner. They wasted the better part of a year of my life. They promise things and nothing materializes. If you complain about their staff, they don't take adequate action.

I'm a frequent visitor to the Stop n Shop bottle room on lake avenue in Danbury. One of your employees that brings one of your clients to work is exceptional with his job. His name is Manny... and I have personally observed his patience, kindness, and intellectual instruction to the worker Danny that he brings with him. At times he goes above and beyond what I think his duties are. He helps out this location when he feels the need to improving the quality of service at his own behest. I hope that you continue to hire employees of this caliber. People like him are definitely an asset to your company. Thank you for the service to the community that you provide, and I think Manny should be commended for his work and dedication.

I was one of their "clients". While under their care, I was choked, my nose was broken twice, I was almost stabbed, I was threatened to be killed every other day by other clients. Also, they claim it's a non profit organization, but some money was missing from my SSI account. After 8 years of being mistreated, I decided enough was enough and I left. They talk down to the clients and swear at them constantly. There's never any organization or communication between staff members. They put locks on fridges. Never let anyone go to the group homes under this company.

An abhorrently dishonest company. They are a racket for tax free money. They do not help people - they hurt them. They pay their executives excessively high amounts, but they do so by exploiting people. Avoid these people like the plague. They use and abuse people. They do not care one iota how much they hurt a person.

Above all else, I cannot stress enough how much they treat human beings like a commodity, to be chewed up and thrown out, after they get the maximum dishonest cash from donations and state programs.

Just celebrated my 20th year anniversary. I've never had a job that I look forward to going to when I'm having a bad day. I'm trying to remember the last time I had a bad day at work. I think it was about 4 years ago. I forgot my belt and I had to keep pulling up my pants. It was horrible. That's actually true. Oh wait like two weeks ago someone pilfered my favorite pen. Also true. The stress is almost to much.

Share rides on the heart bus with members from ability beyond. Have made friends with some of the people that are picked up there. We gave a good time talking on our ways home.
