We have had the best experience, from the moment we walked in we knew our son was in good hands. The teachers and staff truly care about the kids here and form strong and healthy relationships with this children and their parents. The staff here have created a warm community which is hard to find.

My husband and I feel incredibly blessed to have Bright Horizons Greenwich in our neighborhood. The teachers and administrators lovingly care for our three children, and the indoor and outdoor facilities are spectacular places of learning and fun! Our kids especially love “water days” in the summertime. Thank you to Rosie, Nathalie and all the teachers for making BH such a special place for our family.

My family had the most incredible experience at Bright Horizons in Greenwich. Our 2.5 year old daughter attended for a year until we switched her to part time nursery school. I cannot say enough great things about this center - the teachers are AMAZING (Miss Tia, Miss Aniya), the health director, Natalie, is so knowledgeable and welcoming and Rosie is just really great as well. My daughter would run and jump into her teachers arms everyday, they kept her so occupied and somehow she never got too sick while she was there leaving me to believe they deep clean the center regularly. Upon her exit, they even made my daughter a beautiful photo book and wrote her notes that she looks at everyday. We will miss Bright Horizons in Greenwich and all the beautiful teachers and faculty members that took such great care of our daughter.

My now 15 month old daughter has been at BH- Greenwich since January and we have had a great experience. Every single teacher and staff member we’ve interacted with has been thoughtful and caring. The curriculum and daily activities are very impressive and very well thought out - the development in my daughter over the past ~10 months has been amazing to watch. I know when I drop her off in the morning that she is in great hands and is going to have the best care.

My daughter is in the infant program I have nothing but great things to say about her teachers miss Stephanie, miss Alex. My daughter is always clean and happy when she comes home. She gets so excited when we pull into the garage she knows- it’s school days!! They also have a new lunch program, which is so great for working families - no more packing lunches woo

I'm still trying to understand why BH has such a "good" reputation considering the terrible customer services they provide. All the nurseries based in London are horrible, managers are extremely rude, how can you leave your child in the hands of people like this?
Administration is very poor, I booked a call with the nursery manager who didn't bother to call me back. When I called the nursery the deputy manager had no interest in helping.
You are still not allowed to visit the nursery, they still blame COVID but is it really COVID or just an excuse for parents to not see how disorganized they are?
Head office should have a very close look at their London's nurseries.
