The librarians were the loudest in the room. Really hard to focus in a place where the librarians need to scream their life stories to each other. I think I learned more about their coworkers then the actual reading I planned on doing.

It's an excellent library but even more than that it is also a lovely cultural center that seems to bring together the community while recognizing diversity and the collective need for acknowledgment, appreciation and respect. The architecture is impressive here too. The tall ceiling on the book's level is gorgeous.

Children’s programming here can use help

1) cap events at a certain number. People can and should register or just close it once the limit is met.

2) events need to start on time. We have waited 30 minutes and we have gone home because my kids are waiting for no reason

3) librarians need to be friendly but understand children. Right now they are neither .

Other branches in Greenwich are doing this and it works and programming is more enjoyable for everyone.

If you’re looking for a quiet place to study/focus, this is not your library. The structure of the building allows you to hear every conversation and the employees have conversations like every 10 minutes. It’s really distracting and at some point frustrating. Regardless, I love everything about the library. I just won’t come here to study again.

This was a pit stop, (hint hint**) on the way back from JFK Airport. So I need to indicate I'm an out of towner. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was very clean and appeared to be very organized. If I lived closer I feel like I would visit often.

Nice & peaceful place to have a break, hidden in back off streets ..it's so quiet, very cosy...nice gardening around...great location to get away from crowds & noise...the only issue when the staff are talking to each other, it sounds so loud especially Miguel's voice, the chief executive...we can hear everything...I think the structure of the building makes that to happen...and the Lebanon school next door uses too much of their parking space...they must do something about that...!!!
