Excellent customer service skill from my instructor Jennifer. I was provided with all the necessary information and practice for my state exam. It is a great course for persons who is busy working because of the online learning. It also takes 5 weeks the most for online and labs.

It is a great feeling. The 2 teacher Amanda and Kaycee they are so amazing. They teach great with a lot of understanding and making the teaching be fun. Plus our class mate they are so amazing and I would definitely recommend this 2 instructor and the school to anyone I know

Very much enjoyed the people in my class. All nice people. My instructor was Ramone and she was the master of CNA work and i truly feel i could not have learned from a better person. She really helped us to understand how to care for the elderly, during lab and clinical.
