Working with Michelle was a blessing. The classroom feels cozy, she prepares snacks for her students which is so sweet.
The class is laidback and retouches on what is taught in the online portion and in person focuses on practicing on the manikins.

I would like to have had the Heimlich Maneuver to have been a practice point. I didn't think of that until after the class to have asked Michelle to touch on this, she asked if I had anything to ask or wanted to practice on longer so I felt comfortable with the practical portions. This would be something to talk about more in class, I think.

She really makes sure you are doing everything correctly and feel comfortable doing it so you can have the confidence to do so in an actual emergency.

She cares for the community. She has the class open to anyone who wants to learn. These are valuable skills to have for everyone. She works really easily with you to schedule. She has multiple payment options.

She is kind, compassionate and a tremendous teacher. You will be happy to learn BLS or any of the other services she offers from her.

I did my CPR and AED with at Heart Start Training Institute. Michelle was my instructor and she was super amazing. She had snacks and beverages which was very thoughtful. She allowed my daughter to be welcomed and included. We had an amazing class and didn't want it to end. I would recommend Michelle's class to anyone who is interested, she is great.
