When you try to help the community but the community doesn't try to help you! Signed my daughter up for swimming classes and this is quite unprofessional. They consistently cancel classes and while I know emergencies happen you cannot learn with inconsistency. In addition, my daughter's teachers are sitting on the side of the pool talking to each other rather than getting in the water and actually helping her swim. Don't waste your time or money here. Going to private swim lessons now because this ain't it!

This is by far the worst program I've ever dealt with in my life. I will be putting in a call to the Board of Education. The care for these kids is "trash". You have kids watching kids. They do NOT CARE AT ALL FOR YOUR CHILDREN!! GARBAGE !!! Yeah its free but Its not worth it. They make fun of and laugh at your kids. They have no communication to parents no way to contact them in case of an emergency. Awful program. I've never been so dissatisfied in my entire life.

I'm learning to be a better swimmer. Tutors are professional and patient especially my instructor Shanahia. I'm getting more comfortable in the water, great place to learn how to swim (adult or child).
