A friend of mine recommended Growing stars to me based on her personal experience. We’ve been with them for about a year and half now. We started off by using them for a son towards the end of his sixth grade. Seeing that it definitely helped him score better in his exams, we realized that starting tutoring earlier on is more beneficial. So that my son has never needed tutoring, and my husband and I have been the ones helping him. With the curriculum getting tougher in private school realize that this was no longer something we could take on especially with our busy schedules. Process of enrolling was seamless, and we were assigned an education coordinator who spoke with us and clarified what our needs were. We initially started to only for one subject But seeing how beneficial it was to her son, we added another subject. The education coordinator, Sinu in our case periodically checked in on us in terms of quality of teaching, our satisfaction, etc. She Was extremely patient with especially me through my complaints, demands and changes. She made sure she communicated my needs and complains to the teachers periodically. They have multiple teachers, and if you’re not satisfied with the student teacher relationship, they offer to change teachers until you find the one which is right for your child. We finally have two amazing teachers who are very responsive, and really care for our son’s education. They send a summary of what was covered in the class as well as /monthly report telling you the child strengths and weaknesses. Knowing that and seeing your child do better and become more confident has been wonderful. I would definitely recommend Growing Stars for your students education. Be patient and work with them.
