Timberly’s Yoga Studio has a unique family-like feeling and many consider it as their sacred hub. I have traveled a lot and practiced Yoga in many cities and have never seen such an enthusiastic group of nice people who love to practice Yoga, and get together for a chat or Christmas party at the studio. Timberly and the instructors know the students well and show their care and empathy. The space is huge and welcoming, the instructors are excellent, and each brings their own personality and positive spirit into the space. Check out also the Tai Chi Qigong class; I teach it and it’s highly recommended. Not every yoga studio offers also Tai Chi but as I said, this place is unique!

Wonderful cozy atmosphere. The most welcoming group of teachers and students. I love the variety of classes the studio offers and the different teaching styles of each teacher. They also offer outside classes at the beautiful lake in Ozark. Definitely check out Timberly’s yoga studio!

Timberly’s Yoga is absolutely AMAZING! I had never done yoga prior to coming here and I am so happy that I came to Timberly’s Yoga Studio to start my yoga journey. The instructors are so welcoming, they always help you with problem areas and are willing to work with you to assist your personal needs. I highly recommend this yoga studio to anyone looking for a new yoga home or even for beginners like I was! You wont find a place that truly cares about you and will welcome you in like family the way that Timberly’s Yoga Studio does!

Having worked as a healthcare professional in the Ozark area for many years, I'm thankful that we have many Health and Wellness opportunities locally, especially Timberly's Yoga Studio. After an injury resulting in having both feet in splints, I began chair level activities and with Mimi's patience and knowledge she soon had me improving my weight-bearing and standing tolerance to be able to resume a more normal activity level. The studio environment was not relaxing. The walls are pale plain cinderblock with no design. The lighting is all florescent LED lighting. No art, wall color, sound, or lighting is warm or soothing. It is good for a cardio workout but not conducive for mindfulness, meditation, zen flow, or relaxing yoga. Personally, I can not concentrate in such an artificial setting.

Great Vibe, and a great session. I can't wait to go back during my little stint here at Ft. Rucker.
