Love Macys!! Always will! My last visit was very positive with returning items. The staff was so helpful and upbeat. I also received great assistance from Mary Kate at the MAC counter and will look for her when I need products. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and has a great personality. The store was in great condition considering the holidays just passed. I enjoyed my shopping experience.

Be warned with on line usage. I called to place my daughters as authorized users on my card temporarily which I've done before. The woman kept getting my card number wrong and didn't seem to listen to what I was saying. Since as the primary user on this card she recited a policy that stated since I own the card then I am responsible for the charges which is understandable. But,..... then she goes and asks for the people I am authorizing to use my card for their social security numbers! Of course these I wouldn't have handy anyway however, there is no need for that information since I am the only one responsible for the balance and when they shop all they need is an ID. Very suspicious asking for more social security numbers. I don't care what their policy is it just wasn't necessary information unless she's just an idiot. Anne.

This is a very massive departmental store inside the Connecticut Post Mall. The only thing you can’t get here is groceries. This place is beautiful and well lit. The staffers are very professional and friendly. The price of commodities here are also pretty moderate.

Last week I went to Macy’s in Milford, CT to purchase a bag, if I am honest I was little confused. But I got employee whose name was Nisha and she helped me a lot. She explained everything with very patiently. I must say I am impressed. God bless her.

Can't walk around 10 feet without having someone ask if we need help. I was shopping colognes with my 2 pre teen nephews so I assume it's because they don't want us stealing. In 15 minutes I was asked by 7 different people if I found everything okay, meanwhile only 2 of those 7 actually suggested us to more colognes and options. They're either overstaffed, or they really like to "help". Either way I took my purchase to those 2 who actually helped me, assuming they get some sort of comission.

It’s a Macy’s like every other Macy’s. It’s pretty big with a lot of stuff you would find in every other Macy’s. It is nothing special, but maybe that is what makes it good. It’s solid and reliable so there isn’t really much else to say there.
