I went to my local Kohl’s store for an in person pick up. I easily found my pick up package and made my way to the front of the store to check out. Fortunately, there were no lines I approached a checkout counter and a friendly young lady named Brittany was happy to assist. Along with an Amazon return, I do not think I was in the store longer than eight minutes !! The store manager had asked me if I had found everything that I was looking for and I did. Thanks a lot to the Kohl’s and their staff in new Milford !!Connecticut.

Kohls took out the convenient price scanner and the bench from the ladies room. Makes no sense and for no reason. These were things customers use. Also I hesitated to buy something because it wasn't on sale and guess what? At the register it was on sale but I almost passed on it. A price scanner would have helped OR a sale sign. Dumb store.

This store is always clean and the employees are always nice, but Fred, the store manager, is one reason to never come to this location. He clearly pressures his team into forcing customers into signing up for credit cards, and will punish employees by cutting their hours if they don’t earn a certain amount of credits in a day. I am now in debt because of the pressure and ridicule I’ve received and it destroys me to see how toxic and disgusting a manager could be. I will always support kohls but never this location. The employees are treated like robots with one purpose, without feelings or a life. I’m ashamed that Kohl’s would keep this man as a manager. Do better for your employees. It’s embarrassing.

This is an excellent Kohls. Very clean, organized, easy to shop. Friendly manager and friendly associates! I hope more people shop here so that it doesn't close like the one in Ridgefield, CT did.

Well, I feel terrible linking this to New Mulford because it isn’t that particular store, but there is nowhere that you can complain about Kohl’s online that I can find. I place an order you take my gift cards you charge my credit card. You give me a delivery date 3-4 days later I get an email saying oh just kidding We’re canceling your order we gave you a delivery date, but we gave you a delivery date for something that doesn’t exist in our warehouse. And will give you your money back sometime soon, but not right now even though we charged you and took your money within 10 seconds you’ll be waiting days to get it back so you can’t use that money to order something else from us or anybody else. And you can’t talk to us about it because we’re gonna put you online with an AI robot that’s gonna continue to say we can’t help you, then you’re gonna put me in a queue behind 200 other people so I can spend an hour or more of my day waiting to talk to an agent online I can’t send you an email you say that right on your website. We don’t take emails. I can sit on the telephone for two hours waiting for somebody to pick up, but I have to go to Work so Kohl’s literally just lost all of my business today. I can’t believe what an absolute nightmare this is to deal with if he didn’t have it in stock you shouldn’t have let me order it and you shouldn’t have taken my money. So much for the gift cards that I was given as a gift everybody make sure you don’t buy anybody Kohl’s gift cards because they’re gonna get screwed out of them.

Absolute crooks I will never buy anything from you people again

The New Milford store Never disappoints! I can always find what I am searching for and the staff is well trained & polite!! The parking is ample & the lot is Clean. I appreciate their attention to detail inside the store and the very considerate employees....Store managers are doing a Great job!

Being assisted by Fred was the breath of fresh air we all need after a long day, he was very sweet, patient not pushy, soft spoken, informative. His customer service is impeccable. Having him as a manager does your store a great great justice. I wish I could give him 10 stars ⭐️
