One of the best decisions I've ever made was to start training at Club Kung Fu. Sifu Elliot has created an environment where everyone trains hard, but no one takes themselves too seriously. Training here is very comprehensive and systematic. You will learn the true arts of Wing Tsun, as well as the practical applications in real life situations. Chief instructor Sifu Elliot Leung is genuine, passionate, encouraging, and most importantly very skilled. Atmosphere here is friendly. More advanced students will try to help and encourage you, rather than treating you as their "punching bags". Tuitions are very reasonable comparing to other martial arts schools. I have been training here for almost a year, and expect to continue for many more. The only regret I have is that I did not find this institution much earlier.

Stopped by for just a quick intro lesson and now training at Club Kung Fu for over four years!

Originally a student of Shaolin-style Kempo, I was simply looking for a place to learn chi sau to develop what Bruce Lee described as “a more relaxed flowing energy without sacrificing power”. What I found at Club Kung Fu was so much more...a complete modern self-defense system that emphasizes simple practical movements, versatility in application, method over strength, and training to respond reflexively to an opponent.

I regularly make over an hour round-trip to bring my teenage son to train with me at Club Kung Fu. Such is the extraordinary learning environment cultivated by Sifu Elliot and his contribution to the development of my son’s self-defense skills as well as his diligence, self-motivation and persistence.

A master teacher, Sifu Elliot offers a rigorous physical training program enriched with dialogue, thinking and reflection, resulting in the “heart and mind wanting to learn” required to achieve essential self-defense skills.

I found this school 3 years ago after a search for kung fu in stamford. I contacted them after I came out the hospital for some anxiety issue which were developing. The instructor told me to get a clearance and come see him. After A few month of doctors trying to give me all kinds of meds and tests, I took upon myself to move forward with training. LET ME TELL YOU... This was the best medication I could ever ask for to cure a majority of issues. Where doctor's prescribed pills and head doctor's, this was may cure all! I have been anxiety free for 2 years now. My joints have become stronger, my mind sharper. My complete outlook on life itself has changed. I don't know if it is just this art, but I believe through the guidance of Leung Sifu and the wonderful brothers and sister as well as other sifu affiliates, one can not go wrong with this school and art as a life choice. I can't thank enough Mr. Leung Sifu, Leung Simo, My 2 Young Si hings and my entire Wing Tsun family for the Internal and External awakening of a lifetime, you have and continue to save my life, without all of this I would die!
