This man driving wheelchair accessible van #394 on March 12th was driving fast and erratically on Bank St. He raced another vehicle to the next red light. Really?!! Race to another red ligh I know this is NOT how they are to drive!! Thank God there wasn't a passenger in the van, I can't even imagine how he would've driven then.

Was driving up Jay Street in New London around 305pm-310pm by the Auto Body shops. At the light it splits, left lane is left hand turn only. I went through on the right and the driver of car 123, who also had a small child in the car, was in the left but went straight. I laid on the horn bu t he kept going and I had to slam on my breaks or I was going to be run into parked cars. I confronted the older man at the next light. He rolled his window down and as soon as I asked him what his deal was he rolled up the window. Tried calling to complain 4 times and every time I would just get sent to a supervisor who wouldn't answer and it would go to voice mail.

I had to use these folks when I had eye surgery recently. The car to my appointment was filthy and smelled like smoke. When we got on the highway the car was jumping up and down like it needed shocks. Not a good feeling.
The return ride was not better - filthy smelly car, ripped upholstery and a driver who thought he was on a speed test despite that we were on local roads. I paid a lot of money for this 14 mile ride ( 28 round trip) and it was a ripoff! Would never use them again and would NOT recommend.

Very organized and friendly, anyone saying that people are rude at Curtin are way off. Nobody is rude and the rides are scheduled accordingly. I highly recommend this company for student transportation as well as medical and special needs cases.

ALWAYS THE BEST!!! My medical rides were on time, even with my return ride extended 45 minutes with short notice. The drivers were courteous, professional and provided door service. The rides were comfortable. The vehicles were clean and I felt safe. For the BEST TRANSPORTATION, ALWAYS use CURTIN!!!😊 Thank you Kem!

Have used 2 times so far for medical appointments. Right on time and very courteous and pleasant drivers. One appointment ran very long so my ride had left BUT a new driver was there within minutes. Very pleased with the service!

First time using Curtin Livery and I would use their services in the future. Kathy and Kim in the dispatch office were courteous, friendly and helpful. Dave, our driver, was prompt and courteous who drove very well. Their vehicles are well maintained and dependable.
