I have worked out all of my adult life at various gyms, but after spending the last 6 months working out at YDF 2-3 times a week, my husband says that he see's the most positive change in my body that he's ever seen! It's no surprise; the instructors at YDF are so attentive, thoughtful and challenging (in a safe, helpful way).
