I tried getting Clean & Sober many many times before coming to New Beginning Recovery House and I couldn't do it. I than met the founder Rick and I'm not going to lie I didn't give it my 100% so I left and came back a few times and Rick took me back until this last time on 10/2/23 when I called Rick and we talked in depth and Rick said I have No Problem letting you come back but something has to change so we talked more. I was for the first time looking at things from a different point of view which lead me to do things differently and now I'm doing the best I have ever been because of Rick and the way he makes you really realize and look at things Thank You Rick Delvalle and New Beginning Recovery Houses

New beginnings recovery is a great program to be in.. The sober houses are well kept. They are clean and comfortable. There's nothing better than feeling good in a house while your in recovery. The owner Rick D truly cares about the clients he brings in. They don't turn there back on the new comer or even the frequent flyer. I couldn't say more how they make sure guys are getting back and forth to meetings and how the house managers get involved in recovery. If your looking for a safe place to stay clean this is where it's at..

My son was a resident at New Beginnings a number of years ago. He transitioned out of the sober house and went on to live a sober life for about 6 or 7 years.. It was so long I had lost count.. he married and has a child. He was doing well until some financial problems arose and he found himself unable to handle the stress well and has had a relapse.
Rick at New Beginning Recovery has been a godsend for us. He has help get my son into detox and with his and the help of New Beginning Recovery I see alight at the end of this relapse. He still has a long way to go, but knowing there are places like New Beginnings that will help when life's more disappointing, sad and stressful side rears up is a blessing.

I moved into to New beginning recovery mansion in March of 2022. I had been in sobriety since covid 19 happened and had a relapse in February 2021. I've always enjoyed going to meetings in AA and met Rick( owner of the mansion) in some of those meetings. I had volunteered for food for the less fortunate or struggling individuals who could use some extra food. As soon as I met Rick and heard his recovery, his message and companion for other addicts and human beings in general, I immediately began to bring extra food to his house's. Especially one called redemption house in New haven on Cresent Street. After getting to know Rick and the people around him, including his wife Jess I, without thought, excepted a position of house leader at the mansion. This was the best thing for my sobriety and to grow with , be helped and helping other in recovery. Our family here is amazing fulfilling in my life and in my spirituality. I would recommend any of Rick's houses for many reasons but the most being how involved he is and the connections he makes one on one with his clients, friends and life long relationships.

I have nothing but good things to share about my experiences with A New Beginning Recovery Houses . These folks really care about my recovery and everyone else that lives in these sober houses . I would highly recommend these homes for folks in need during early recovery. I always felt very safe and cared for . Rick and Jess and the house mgrs. were always there for us .

Best decision I ever made was going to one of these houses. It provided the structure that I needed to get my life on track. I came to The Redemtion House nearly two years ago with no hope of getting clean after a 38-year drug and alcohol abuse. I spoke to Rick and he gave me some hope.
