when i first started getting back into the gym in 2021, i was extremely intimidated. thanks to a couple of close friends, i chose 24e and my journey began. one thing i learned is that the home gym you pick is so important. if you don’t love it, it will not help you stay disciplined to go. i use several of 24e locations for the different types of equipment and space. this is really convenient and a perk depending on what type of workouts i want to do that day and also the ability to just have a change of scenery. the staff is always super friendly and attentive as well. i have had other memberships at gyms but none are quite as awesome to me as my 24e one.

i don’t have kiddos but for mamas out there, some locations have daycare so you can get a workout in without having a babysitter!

some locations have a smoothie bar, some with tanning beds, some with saunas - it’s nice to know you can access these certain things by all just being a 24e member.

This my favorite gym in Birmingham. And this is my preferred 24e. I like the indoor track and huge choice of cardio and weight lifting equipment. I like that they have a mix of old and new equipment

I must say their regional manager, Orlando Perez really leads from the front! His general manager, G Gerard always makes me feel welcome! Not to mention this club is always spotless. highly recommend

I really like the gym. Always clean. Everyone is always nice. Shakes good. My trainer is Colby super sweet and knowledgeable. Isela is super sweet she gave me a tour of the gym and discussed all my options and even got me some good savings.

Hands down best gym in the state of Alabama and multiple other states I’ve traveled and tried to find anything comparable. The staff is top notch and the facilities are always clean with the latest equipment. Nothing broken stays that way long and you can guarantee there is enough equipment even during rush hours. Orlando the GM is always there the handle any needs with a big smile. The #1 employee has to be Luke. That guy's always there from the crack of dawn. I truly believe Wayne has a good one in him and needs to raise that man’s pay and position. He truly cares.

The cleanest and nicest gym I’ve ever been to. The people are awesome and so helpful! My daughter goes to the kidz zone and absolutely love it and all the teachers! If you’re looking for a large gym that’s clean with a great staff 24E in Pelham is the place to go!

2 years ago, this place was great. Clean, friendly, and spacious.
None of these are true now.

Additionally, they financially can't be trusted to not overcharge - froze your account because you'll be travelling? They'll charge you early and simply say you misunderstood.

Customer service? Nothing can be done online, all in person at your specific gym.

Gym etiquette? Not enforced by staff - peak times someone will leave items on benches and use other machines to "claim" the bench for when they need it in 40 minutes. Not to mention large groups of people standing around blocking pathways, and "resting" on machines/benches while on their phones for 20 minutes.

Peak times now mean most of everyday before 9pm and you'll be lucky to find any of the popular machines available for 20+ minutes.

Sauna is great, changing rooms are great, classes are great, the pool is great...when available.

This is a wonderful gym. The trainers are amazing, and always building sessions around their clients personal needs. Whether it be mobility, intensity, land, or pool, my experience is catered to me. I love my trainer Brenda! She has proven her dedication to my wellness journey, and I am thankful for her!
