For years, we were using another company to service our forklift. We weren’t terribly happy with them but didn’t really look into finding a replacement until recently. We have our machine serviced semi annually. Most times, the technician would arrive completely unprepared and lacked the basic tools. Even after the service(s) were completed, our machine continued to run poorly. Needless to say, I began to search for a new company via Google. This is how I found Chase based on their incredible ratings. From the moment we spoke on the phone to when the technician arrived, the experience was wonderful! The issues we were having were immediately found and fixed in less than an hour. If you are dissatisfied with your current company, don’t delay. You will not be disappointed with Chase. It’s finally nice to meet honest, caring folks who take pride in everything they do.

Chase has taken care of my forklifts for over 30 years at 2 different locations. We recently purchased a new lift from them. The process was quick and easy, and they even addressed a few issues the next day to insure that we had the machine at peak performance. I have always found that their service is fast and effective. On numerous occasions we have had the need of same day service, and they have always come out to our business that day!

They came out to service our fork lift,service tech spend 20 min looking at it and could not figure out the problem, said he would follow up with us and never herd a word back from them. Charged us 400 for nothing, total waste of money
