USA Trampoline Academy is such a great gym!! Coaches Penelope & Don will push you to be your best, encourage you, and be there for you. I have been an athlete with them since I was fourteen. I love being on their competitive team. This gym is my home away from home. Come join our gym family!

The Coaches at USA Trampoline & Tumbling Academy are the best! I joined the school in my early 30s, and the coaches have worked with me diligently to expand on old skills and work towards new ones. Everyone here is so welcoming and encouraging, it is so nice to have the camaraderie and support of fellow adults and trampolinists of all ages when trying new skills. Looking forward to continuing learning here for the foreseeable future!

Absolutely amazing gymnastics and trampoline training facility for adults! Coaches, Don and Penelope are extremely knowledgeable and skilled, and can teach anyone tumbling, trampoline and other gymnastics skills. They also have great communication skills and always make you feel comfortable. It is a very friendly and nice atmosphere. I really enjoy being there, and learning skills even at a mature adult age! I highly recommend it to everyone. It is never too late to start!

Reasonable fees. My daughter has been attending classes 3 times a week now for just over 12 months.

She loves it!

Coach Dom & Penelope help develop kids at their own speed and to their own needs.

My daughter started as a complete novice and wants gymnastics equipment for every birthday and Christmas present these days!!!!

My daughter had a background in gymnastics and decided to switch to competitive trampoline. She has been so happy with her decision, and always looks forward to practice. The coaches (Penelope and Don) have been fantastic. Not only do they have the background and knowledge to teach the skills, but they are really good people and treat the students very well. As a parent, it's been a lot of fun to watch and see my daughter improve and have fun. The best part about trampoline (for newcomers) is that kids and adults of ANY skill level can participate.

My daughters love gymnastics and love trampolines - this was not anything I had ever heard of but by happy accident we found USA Trampoline Academy which marries both activities! There is something for everyone here, even ballroom dancing and adult trampoline classes (which my husband and I enjoy immensely when we have time to go!). More than just the activities are the quality instruction and kind community. Coach Don and Coach Penelope work with all abilities almost seamlessly! I’ve been amazed at how they’ve brought along my daughter who has anxiety and ADHD, other kids with both mild and more complex disabilities, and create a multi-level environment focused on helping each other grow. Both my girls have grown in confidence, ability, healthy habits, and development of a growth mindset while having fun! Highly recommend!

My daughter has had a wonderful experience at the gym! The coaches, Don and Penelope, have been so positive and encouraging. It is a fun and family friendly atmosphere! They are flexible and easy to approach with any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this for all ages.
Then the pandemic hit and I still can’t say enough about this place! The coaches have been understanding, flexible and diligent with communicating the new policies, reopening and the cleaning process! My daughter and I are excited to get back to the gym. Yes, me too! I have been taking an adult class and it has been nothing but fun, exciting and no judgement for trying something that is not in my comfort zone.

Really love it here. My 7 year old daughter looks forward to going and it is great exercise. The facility is nice and clean and very well organized. My daughter has gotten so much stronger in the last 6 months and more flexible. Great foundation for all sports. Love the flexibility of the classes and ability to choose which days of the week work depending on your own schedule.
