BrightPath in Cheshire goes above and beyond my expectations and I can go about my day feeling so good knowing that my child is in such great hands. The teachers are attentive and caring and have always gone above and beyond to make sure my child is comfortable. When my child was ready to transition into the next room, extra care was taken to make sure they had a positive experience. We have always received clear communication about our child from the teachers and staff, and we love the integration of the Connect app for receiving pictures and updates about our child's day. The curriculum is enriching and educational while still being age appropriate, and everyone we have worked with clearly has the highest care for the children at the center. Thank you!

Bright Path in Cheshire is by far the best Daycare! From knowing my children are safe, to getting full daily reports and photos, to seeing my children’s growth both behavior wise and knowledge wise. You will not be disappointed when choosing this daycare for your child. My kids love their teachers and friends and are excited to go to daycare everyday. The directors are great as well. 10/10 for me.

When looking for a local daycare, Bright Path was the ONLY one that met all my expectations for my 2 and 3 year-old boys. Not only do they follow a great curriculum, but they offer a full menu and often have fun events. My boys adore their teachers and they have both been thriving. I love the pictures I receive through out the day and the open communication through the app. I can tell that my boys are loved and well taken care of because they look forward to going to school every day.

Brightpath has been a fun, loving, and supportive summer care for my daughter. She has made new friends and her everyday smile brights my day as a mother.
What’s most important to me is that my daughter is happy, healthy, safe, and loved. As a parent, I feel very comfortable and secure knowing how well my child is cared for.

Educational Playcare in Cheshire has gone above and beyond all my expectations as a parent for both of my children. My 6 year old started at EPC Wallingford and moved into the Cheshire location when it first opened. My 2.5 year old son has been at EPC since he was 3 months old. When I say both of my boys have had the most outstanding teachers, I truly mean it. Their teachers have been so influential in their mental, emotional and social development over the years that I don’t even know how to thank them properly. I would recommend EPC Cheshire to any family that wants their children to love going to a daycare every day! I want to thank all the teachers, director Gabby, assistant director Kate and all of the administrative team for creating such a positive learning and social environment for my boys!

Our son (17 months old) just started about a month ago and my wife and I couldn't be happier. We know that our son is in good hands. His teachers and the staff are incredibly kind and keep us informed. If there are any concerns, our son's teacher calls us that day to discuss (which is a huge change from his former daycare.) The amount of activities our son is involved with daily is incredible and we can see his development daily. I truly feel the teachers and the staff care about our son and his wellbeing. Looking forward to being a part of EPC until our son is ready for school!

Unfortunately we had a horrible experience with the toddler program at bright path . I heard amazing things but our experience was awful and caused me to pull my son out . The communication skills with the teachers were awful , I brought it to their attention with no changes . I had multiple experiences where my son would say he was bad for crying to much at school . Now I am not calling him bad for having normal toddler feelings so I can only assume it came from the school. I had an experience where my son was placed outside in the cold without a coat . Cold enough to where all staff and kids had coats on . We picked him up crying , nose running , red . I immediately said something and when I was contacted back I was told the teachers stated I did not pack him with a coat , I most certainly did and told them to check their cameras. I picked up my son with no socks on with sand and rocks in his shoes when I dropped him off with socks . Picked him up with no underwear on but under-ware in his bag . I never got a call asking to drop any items off which I would have within minutes if I was told. I’ve walked into the room and there’s total chaos with new teachers we’ve never met . There’s no communication between parents and teachers . When we pulled him out the teacher asked if we were going on vacation she had no idea we were leaving. I arched up my concerns with the staff , manager and director. No answers no consequences for the neglect of my son. I am so disappointed in the way we were treated and cared for . After being referred to by fellow nurses and doctors at my place of employment I expected a different experience. unfortunately we did not receive that. I hope that they improved their communication and took my concerns seriously. . A sincere apology from the center was to much to ask for. My son was Recently enrolled this year

Educational Playcare is a newly constructed facility for Fall of 2017 so it is full of new toys and has a convenient location off the 691, so that’s a major plus. However, for the high pricing and all marketing they do to brand themselves as a high quality childcare center, I am a little disappointed. I have had other parents ask me, and I wanted to post online too now. You are NOT missing anything extra special for your child if you do not send them here.

This center feels very similar to many of the other large chain childcare centers that I toured aside from the fact that the facility is brand new and their marketing material is fancier. The staff are about the same as the staff at other chain daycare centers, very kind and smiling but also tending to shuffle between classrooms as directed from managers above. The best childcare centers have teachers that have been there very long term, and give your child and family the sense of being part of a community. These centers have enriching activities and themes, and provide good language and social supports for your developing child. And I have never seen these type of centers be part of a large chain.

As far as daycare chains go, Educational Playcare is at the top and overall we are having a positive experience aside from some hiccups, mainly administrative. But if you have time and can be on a waiting list for a while, keep touring and hopefully you will find something wonderful out there for your child. Good luck.
