We had every intention of putting our child in there. We interviewed multiple places and we where told we were all set.

And to be explicitly clear, we started this process over 1.5 years prior to anticipated care. (My wife took off one year after our child was born).

We called back when our child was delivered and was told we would have to be on a wait list. They left us high and dry and looking for care last minute.

So frankly my experiences have been contrary to a lot of the other comments here. We read the great reviews and we're hopeful to be part of it but I feel like there is severe mismanagement on their part with communication.

I hear the owner is now into politics which fits this type of manipulative behavior.

Frankly I wouldn't trust them at this point.

We could not be happier with our choice for selecting Carrier Academy for our child! The staff and teachers are kind, caring, and incredible communicators. They are quick to respond to any questions, they post often through the app so you can stay in the loop of your child’s day, and they frequently reach out with messaging regarding school or program updates. Selecting child care is such a tough decision, but we are so pleased with Carrier Academy- they genuinely care for their students and we have and watching our child thrive and grow through their program!

My daughter just started going here and it’s amazing! I cannot say enough, knowing she’s happy and enjoying her time there makes me feel great. When I drop her off I feel like I am leaving her with family. Also, being able to see what she is doing throughout the day is also helpful as I go about my work day. Ms. Rachel and the other teachers are amazing.

Thank you for making the return back to work easier and stress free!
