How can I say it, AMAZING! Beautiful, friendly, welcoming and a hidden gem. My stepmom is in the memory care unit, from Kwinie to Astrid and the other staff make you feel like family. The staff loves all the residents and it is obvious in the care and treatment of family members in their care.
The staff are outstanding and informative. Judy Mackey is a peach and makes every step of the process a dream. I could not be happier with Atria and mom loves it! Thank you all for your kindness love and support at time that isn’t easy.

My mother lives at the Atria Crossroads Place, and they are like a second family. I cannot even begin to name just one staff member, who is exceptional, because they are all exceptional. My mother is in the memory care unit, and everyone knows her by name. Marie is often there working diligently, and giving every patient the individual attention they need. Christine is another wonderful lady, who goes out of her way to help everyone. Nadine personally came in just to chat and check on my mother the last time I visited. Everyone on the staff treats your loved ones like family. The activity programs are amazing. Every time I visit, my mother is engaged in a new activity, whether it be a sing-along or just snacking on ice cream. I cannot say enough about how caring everyone is at the Atria Crossroads.

My Aunt is a new resident at Atria Crossroads Place, and she is so happy. We have had the best experience in moving in from the Sales Director Judy, and we were able to meet the Executive Director Jessica, who was very pleasant and cheerful. When my aunt moved in on day one the Maintenance Director Joe was so nice he helped with furniture, tv and pictures and gave another tour and introduced to other residents. My Aunt loves this place.

Judy Mackey (Community Sales Director) was a delight to work with!! She was friendly, thoughtful and always attentive to our needs. We recently moved a parent into memory care and with Judy’s help and kindness it made a difficult transition much easier.

Atria Crossroads Place is the closest thing to home and family you will find anywhere!! If you are looking for a loving environment that fosters independence along with caring staff to assist if needed, this is the place! You feel welcomed and at home as soon as you walk in the door!! Not to mention: the food is the best around. You will not be disappointed!!!!

My mom moved to Atria Crossroads Place in October, and my mom could not be happier. The staff is OUTSTANDING! The wellness staff (Claudette, Katie, Agnes, etc.) take a personal interest in her well being, with regular interaction with me on how she is doing. This interaction includes emails, texts, and phone calls including when she has had short term stays at the hospital and after visits to her several doctors and specialists. In a recent stay at a rehabilitation center after a procedure, Claudette, Director of Wellness, came to visit my mom and brought her a "We Miss You" poster signed by the staff at Atria. World class service and care is an under statement.
