The staff is amazing. So friendly and helpful. It’s clean, and nice, there are activities, therapy, and the staff treats us like family. They have helped my father recover and get back on on his feet. They even let us reserve a room for a surprise party for him. Thank you to everyone at Bethel Health Care. From the nurses, to the food staff, we like everyone very much, and are so thankful.

This is my mother’s 2nd time at Bethel Health Care facility for rehabilitation. This time she’s almost 98 and weak from double pneumonia. She feels safe there and that eases my anxiety and mind. The staff is extremely attentive and kind to all. The rooms are clean and every staff member lends a helping hand in the care of their patients.

I found it easy to get a handicapped parking space close in the garage. The receptionist at the welcome desk was kind enough to tell me how to register to visit. I found the facility looking clean and orderly. My patient was being well cared for several friendly and cheerful aides and others came in to check on him while I was there visiting. All in all it was a good experience in your facility.

My visit was fine but my patient that I visited had to wait in the bathroom for more than 10 minutes while I went to look for someone after asking 3 people who I should ask. The person that I spoke with asked if she pushed the button which she had.
I explained to her how to find ice, coffee and how to fill out her food menu. Maybe she was told? and forgot but maybe this could reinforced.
Lunch was served at 2:30?
The place is very clean and saw many people working.

I had a very pleasant visit with Michael. All the staff was pleasant and offered their "good mornings " . The lunch / dinner Michael was served seemed very appetizing. He finished everything. Today I give them 5 stars "Good Work to Bethel Healthcare and staff, keep up the good work.

The staff was attentive and compassionate to all needs upon visiting my mother. They were extremely understanding and helpful though my mother is very confused with end stage Dementia. I am grateful she’s in rehabilitation with this facility. Thank you Bethel Healthcare staff

Having never been in a facility such as this, I was naturally anxious on top of being in pain. From the moment of transfer from Danbury Hospital to Bethel Healthcare Center the kindness and care I received was wonderful.
This is not an easy profession to be in and despite being pulled in so many directions the staff handled things with patience and professionalism.
From the nurses to the nurses aides. The physical therapists, occupational therapists office staff and the concierge all genuinely made sure that I had the things I needed to recover. There were so many people that I met on the 3rd floor.
Nurses, Laura, Waverly, Monique ,Classic, Christine made things bearable when I was in pain.
Nurses Aides Emily, Jasmine, Natalie Javanka, Mary Joy all put thier time and energy into making sure I was comfortable.
Physical Therapist Kelly, Melissa and Lucky
all encouraged me to keep trying to build up my strength.
Nancy Rodrigues, the facility Concierge checked in daily just to make sure that my needs were met and was such a pleasent person to talk to. Any concerns I may have had were addressed immediately.
Dana the recreation director made sure that I was never bored. I am sure I missed a few people and for that I apologize. If I had a family member that needed to be put into a facility, I would, without a doubt, feel confident in placing them here.

This is not a safe facility. My father was there for less than a week...was not being watched and fell....cracked his head and died a few weeks later. The staff and upper management could care less. They refused to return my phone calls. I work for a large medical office and their lack of safety and customer service is horrible. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE IN THIS FACILITY!!!!
