I have been coming to Atria Arboretum to spend time with my bonus grandma for over a year. I am so amazed by the quality of everything I experience here. The staff is incredibly friendly and go out of their way to be of service. I have been a guest in the dining room where the food was wonderful and our waitstaff obviously knew and cared for the residents deeply. Everything is clean and beautifully decorated. My Grandma is 100.5 and absolutely loves being here and participating in the incredible programming options for social, knowledge, creative, and health & fitness pursuits. Definitely check it out if you are in the market for great senior living in a fabulous part of Austin!

Fun place! Got to visit in the meeting room area.

Had a networking event hosting in the meeting room area just past the piano where a gentleman presented on guy health to residents and those who are involved in senior care.

Got a quick tour. Nice library, plenty of parking.

Can only comment as a visitor for this review. Was respectfully greeted by the seniors here as well who all shared positive things about this place, how their treated, and the convinces this location afforded them. 🙂

Just a wonderful place! Mom spent 2 excellent years here before needing to move out due to health complications. Apartments are beautiful - spacious and well laid out. The common areas are so nicely maintained inside and out. Dining service is very good. All the staff are so nice, attentive and accommodating - they all knew mom personally. Daily activities are interesting and diverse. Special shout out to Larnice at the front desk who always went out of her way to help, and to Marnay who always listens, and really wants Atria to be the best it can be. I'd recommend Atria Arboretum to anyone looking for a great independent living community!

My mom has lived at Atria since 2017. That means we have seen several Executive Directors come and go. The current executive director, MarNay, goes above and beyond for the residents who call Atria home. She is compassionate, thoughtful, and attentive, yet fun and energetic. Her ethics are above reproach. She is available and responsive to the needs of the residents and their families. She is a jewel and we all hope she remains in this position for a good while. We are grateful beyond measure for the leadership of MarNay that extends to all of her staff.

I cannot say enough good things about the Atria. My mother recently stayed here for a trial visit and from the moment we walked in, she was treated with such kindness and care. Every single staff member made a point to introduce themselves and made my mother feel like she had found her new home. A special thank you to Sophie, who went above and beyond to ensure Mom felt comfortable and cared for. She truly has a gift for making people feel special.

The facility itself is spotless, and the attention to detail is remarkable. There’s always something going on—whether your interest is in fitness, arts and crafts, or simply relaxing with friends, there’s a daily activity to suit anyone’s needs. My mom never had a dull moment! And the food? Absolutely delicious! The variety and quality of the meals made dining such a pleasure for her.

What really stood out was how thoughtful Atria was in setting up my mom’s apartment. Every little amenity she could want was already there, perfectly tailored to her needs. It felt like they truly understood her and what would make her most comfortable.

Finding the right place for a loved one is very difficult. You want them to feel at home and comfortable in their own environment that can provide genuine community and support, this place is it! I've been seeking a very special spot for my Great Aunt and this seems to the the spot! Not only is the property beautiful but the staff is absolutely delightful. I spoke with Sophie regarding the property and potential for great things for of the residents on-site. It's truly a unique place that should be more common.
