My niece has been coming to this day care for several months and it is the worst place ever. She is always crying, and telling me and her mother that she does not feel comfortable being there. There is different people coming in and out the house throughout the day . This is not a safe place to be . Be careful where your children are left.

The worst ever. I have faced so many challenges with this day care. How will you feel of you leave your kids with her and pick them up and it’s her husband watching your kids... let’s just start with When My kids first started my daughter went from 90%potty trained to no longer potty trained. It went from my daughter having one change of clothes to two change of clothes to picking her up and she was solid. She’s now refusing to even use the potty bc this woman just lets them do whatever they please and the receipts will be posted in photos because I can’t tag it here. They have no routine and when I ask her about how can WE create a plan that will work. I get replies from her daughter who thinks she’s a know it all because she’s a lawyers ASSISTANT telling me her opinion in response because the owner acts like she doesn’t understand nothing if it’s not regarding money or care for kids. That’s one.
Number 2 when I was going to switch day care I told her about it and wanted to give it a second chance because it was my first time getting daycare and I didn’t want to switch daycares to much. I was very serious and when she called care for kids they told her I was changing providers (which I was and decided not to) but she took it upon herself to text me nasty messages that the new parent provider agreement to change the time was a way I got her credentials so I can do something with it. Do what? That I don’t know she also stated I owed her money and I always paid her on the 1st for the entire month. But she text me that as will which you will find in photos. She’s very rude and defensive. The reason I wanted to change the first time was because I asked if she can give my son water and she took his cup from the day before. Called herself washing it and gave him water with old milk at the bottom. When I took a breather and called her about it she yelled it’s not her problem and HUNG UP ON ME . Yess. So when we spoke it was a mafia meeting with her son in-law that doesn’t work and lingers around which makes me very uncomfortable, along with her husband , and teenage fast grand daughter. My thing is why does everyone need to be in our conversation?
After that agreement and seeing dirty text that where untrue then she tells me I did in fact pay her but forgot to get a receipt!
In private she’s so sweet but around her family she gets boastful and sarcastic.
Now that I continue to use her for care not even a week later I text her where there being any spiting going on and I get a reply from her daughter at a different number saying that there no spiting and” that’s what cameras are for” but the daughter works all day so how will she know mind you the cameras were JUST RECENTLY put in place because she had yet again an issue with the last person who had day care services and apparently the cops were called idk but it’s always a story about how bad the last person treated her. The conversation continued with me and her daughter an I told her I’m just asking because my daughter never used to spit and now she spiting at people even me. The daughter replied. If that is my thought then CONTRACT IS CANCELED “ I had to laughed because I could never get a resolution it was just reactions and dismissals as if I’m her child.
That’s where I let her know if you had to rail me back in just to “cancel the contract 5 days later to feel good then you alll have issues”
I’ve dealt with having to be there at 3:30 and 3:37 I get a text where are you? As if she didn’t want to be a daycare provider at all . It was so stressful on top of having my own things going on.
The older kids play In the closet alone and tell her what they will do. ABSOLUTELY NO STRUCTURE! She leaves them to take phone calls about care for kids all day because she’s money hungry and won’t hire a decent assistant. I’m so happy I found a new daycare within 24 hours with a schedule, a routine, so much things I never got from this place. It was issues regarding nap time and compared my daughter to her grand daughter and said kids sleep when they want ! Horrible
