The staff is friendly, professional and very helpful. They offer so much service variety, who knew...I didn't.

Lessons in Hospitality, Taxes, CV/Resume, Entrepreneurial, CDL, Construction, Financial Literacy, etc, etc etc, and there's no charge. I was shock, was prepared to pay for the class moi NEEDED 😉

However, they do have a requirement, test and orientation, all worth it.

I'm going to take the financial class. Yay me!

The Goodwill VITA representatves have prepared my tax returns for the past 5 yrs and I will have them prepare my 2018. I receive my refunds quicker than people I work with. Service is FREE, if your income is below $58K for 2018.

Much like many places in Muscogee County they've dropped the ball. I applied for a training class in April with classes starting in August, hoping to get ahead of the rush. I haven't received any correspondence so I called to check the status of my application. Miss Kim told me that my funder is slow returning applications and she'd call me back today. I thought these classes would improve my quality of life but it's looking pretty bleak. There is a lot of buck passing in this city and lack of accountability. It's disheartening to make plans with a hopeful sprit and someone says that although you came early to apply, you got lost in the fray. Welp hopefully I hear back....but truly lost hope.

A majority of the items now have a special high price on them. Even things that are not name brand. Only crapy items are not specifically priced. They have also raised the prices for almost everything. I'm done I will not shop here anymore. I would go almost daily. Some items are higher priced then the actual stores. The color of the week is a scam. They remove the items with the sale color of the week off the shelves and return them when the color changes. At these prices I could just buy them new. I believe in helping the community, but all these things are donated so it's all a contribution. I will no longer donate here. I will donate to somewhere that is not trying to scam the average person who can't always afford to buy new.
