They pick and choose who to help. They are rude. And the supervisor threatened me, telling me if I didn’t let her finish what she was saying that even if I did apply again I wouldn’t get the help for not letting her lie to me about how their program works. They don’t help the right ppl. They help ppl they know and like. They make up excuses and when u see through the excuses they say they have no funding. Everyone is rude!

No help what so ever. Receptionist gave me a number to automated messages and then they hung up. When I called new opportunities again they told me to do my own research and hung up in my face

Two times i have asked for help n they fail to even comply with their own rules and their help n support. I waited for almost two months twice n never got called they pick n chose who they wanna help which i see is unfair and very unequal unless they rather help a domestic abuser or a felon n only thats the type of people they wanna help but i am disappointed by this type of agency how they chose who they wanna help n how long it even takes to support single mothers who are close to eviction with three children. I really will be a puting a complaint about this to the higher management the matter issue was never resolved not even a call back after me leaving messages and a letter to the supposedly case manager who was going to help me. Very sad and disappointing I remember my own mother trying to get their help and she passed away before they even could disgusting how these case managers try and sabotage you and children over others!

True blessing!!! Yes, it's not an easy process for some and we're you're in desperate times it can seem daunting, but trust the process and do your due diligence. Each office is a little different, but intake verification is standard. I've hardly been able to reach someone when calling, but eventually I get a call or notification letting me know that they are working on things... Remember, covid changed everything, and I was thankful this program still exists! Thank you to the staff who have unimaginable case loads ♥ I appreciate you.
