My son is 7 years old and has been going here for a year and could not wait till it finishes. I don't blame him. I mean you get what you pay for. A bunch of young folks watching your kids that don't care about them. Tony the guy up front that checks people in has the rudest face. He should take a class in being more welcoming. Maybe this is a good place for teenagers but not for small children that you are trying to raise well. The only thing I could say that I did love was how not anyone can just get inside. They have locks and cameras, which makes it feel more safe. That's pretty much it.. My son hugged me so tight when I told him he wouldn't have to go back there!

The one thing I will say is the staff is super friendly and accommodating. That being said no one really watched my child. she had been kicked in the face, and bullied. we do not allow her on YouTube at all and she came home scared of nightmares for the last couple months because she was watching things on YouTube that she shouldn’t have been. She came back from the beach one day with no pants and no one bothered to call us so we could bring her more clothes. Different times she has lost shirts and dresses. I really think they just need to be better staffed. But the Director is phenomenal and the staff themselves have wonderful personalities. I just can’t see paying for a service where my child isn’t always watched.

My child was place in a corner from 3:15PM until 6PM and the entire atrocity was caught on camera. They have been reported to DCF and OEC. Karen Senich is the executive director and although she maintains that this did in fact happen, I have not received a single apology and they also intend to keep the money I paid them. Horrific!
