The customer service I experienced from Karen was absolutely excellent. She truly is a well educated, kind, and awesome person. Her hand crafted cat bed is a one of a kind product, each one is different than the other in it’s own unique and creative way! My cat LOVES this thing… we can’t get him out of it! He sleeps in it every night since we brought it home. It’s very aesthetic and fits well in our home. These beds are unlike anything you can get anywhere else simply because they’re hand crafted, I’d recommend this 100% to anyone looking for a cozy place for their furry loved ones to rest up!

This place is located in Stratford, Connecticut in the big y parking lot. I found the people that work there very helpful.

They're always having something for the dogs. We just were there to get some pictures of my dog with Santa. The people were so nice and we got some really good pictures.

If you live in the area I would suggest you stop in and don't forget to bring your pet.

I LOVE H3!!!! We shop there all the time. Great selection of everything you could possibly want or need. My dogs really enjoy there huge toy section. The staff is always welcoming with a smile and a warm hello, they are very helpful in helping us find what we need and know our orders by heart. Such a wonderful place!!!!!
