I been living in new haven for over 15 years and Bob the owner of the shop has always gone the extra mile to help me. Whether finding a new bike I can afford or working with me to build my bike better but also not just over charging me like so many shops do. College bikes is the place t0 always go when you need to do anything bike related. They work on escooters too!

The Greatest bike repair shop that can be found within hundreds, nay, thousands of miles. They did excellent work on my 100lb electric bike, from the flat tire to the break upgrade work it so dearly needed (it has two 1000-watt motors reinforcing the conventional bike-pedal power). The owner is an expert of a high order in the ways of bikes and bike repairs, and all of his wonderful staff are professional and helpful as well. Bob and Eve at CSC are amazing. They've helped me buy two Bromptons and have provided a lot of incredible customer service along the way. Brompton USA (the corporate entity) is actually a little janky and not the best run organization, so having a really good helpful dealer locally makes all the difference when ironing out the glitches with them. The actual Brompton product is incredible. My T-Line is easily my favorite bike I've ever owned, and my wife is looking forward to getting her C-Line soon!

I'm a fairly new customer here (I think they did a tune up for me, maybe in '21), but my wife has been coming here for years. I stopped in a few days ago in search of a new bike, having done some research online. They were very helpful and glad to let me take a couple of the models I was interested in for test rides (I was amazed they had both in stock!). Came back today and made my purchase, along with several accessories. They were super helpful, and it was a great experience. Definitely worth the trip in to New Haven from Stratford.
