I had a fantastic experience at Indochino in Greenwich, CT. I stopped by to get fitted for a suit for my buddy's wedding, and the service was top-notch. The sales manager, Victoria, was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Her knowledge and experience stood out as she provided excellent suggestions for sizing and fit, ensuring everything was perfect for the big day. She made what could have been a stressful experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend this location, especially if you’re lucky enough to work with Victoria!

One of the best shopping experiences I have ever had! Have purchased several shirts and jackets at this location and every experience was predictably positive. Victoria and Sean are delightful representatives of the brand and are always perfectly styled. It's worth stopping in just for a smile and a chat with them. They will do whatever it takes to meet customer requests. The resident tailor Luigi is a magician with fabrics and fittings. I am finicky about my tailoring and he has exceeded my expectations every time. I wish all my clothes buying experiences were this easy and fun. FJP 2/13/25

Excellent experience here twice. Once as a groomsman and now for my own wedding. Showroom manager Victoria Madkin was fantastic helping me pick the suit along with organizing the suits for 11 others. Highly recommended for a wedding.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at the Indochino Greenwich, CT location while trying to purchase suits for my wedding. Unlike my previous positive experience at another Indochino store, the staff here refused to measure one of my groomsmen unless he purchased the suit on the spot—something other locations confirmed is not standard policy. Since he didn’t have the funds at the time, he was denied service.

Days later, I received a call informing me that suit prices had increased by $100. Because of the Greenwich store’s refusal to measure him, my groomsman (along with two others who hadn’t been able to book an appointment yet) were now forced to pay a higher price. When we contacted corporate about this unfair treatment, we were told they would "look into it"—but we have yet to receive any resolution.

This experience has been incredibly disappointing, especially for what should have been a fun and exciting process. Indochino needs to be consistent with its policies and treat customers fairly. Until they make this right, I cannot recommend this location to anyone.

After doing some online research on an affordable custom suit shop to tailor my needs, i found this store and decided I needed to go ASAP!
I have a few events coming up so i got my dad his custom made suit as well as myself one via online appointment.
The specialist/designer there named Victoria, was a HUGE HUGE help!! I knew nothing about suits and she was able to help my father and me go through each step and really allow us to feel confident and comfortable in purchasing our suits!
I cannot emphasize how good of a person Victoria was from explaining each and every cloth type to explaining how the measurements work in each part of the leg for that perfect fit!
At first we had a low budget walking in and she was still able to accommodate but after really hearing her and feeling the materials, we realized we can’t cheap out on something like this that will be custom made!
