I stayed there for 2 nights last week. The hospitality was awful. There was absolutely no feeling of being comfortable. Alex Patel was the front desk clerk. He was and is absolutely miserable, very unpleasant communicate with all around just nasty. He made me feel very nervous when speaking to him. His demeanor, tone of his voice and attitude was just awful. I told him to try and smile more it looks good on you. His response was "I am busy" what else do u need. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO MOTEL 6 AND WILL MAKE SURE OTHERS KNOW THE EXPERIENCE I HAD. His hospitality was awful. Thank u. I had 1 more night paid for and I left to Howard Johnson in by Wyndham in mystic. Its important to feel comfortable were u stay and should feel like home for the moment.

We just needed a place to stay for a night for a concert at the casino.
The room was clean, there was a slight unpleasant smell, but it was fine, we just sprayed some body spray and it was fine. The girl checking us in was very pleasant.
I understand there are people that live on the premises, but there must be some kind of rules that there are other guests and there should not be people outside of other people's doors talking loudly in groups until 1-2 in the morning, also the slamming of doors all night long was a bit much. And then the person that drove in at 8 in the morning with the music blasting and then beeped the horn to make sure that everyone was awake was even more a bit rude.

For the money it wasn't terrible and it was better than driving 2 hours back to Mass, but I would have liked to get some sleep, instead of being kept up all night and then been woken up in the morning.
I don't blame the motel owners, but perhaps they should have a little more control over the tenants?

Person checking me in had an attitude to start off. The room had a foul odor mixed with cleaning chemicals that only got worse once you went into the bathroom. The water was cold, the bed was as hard as a rock, the pillows felt like they were made of cotton swabs, and the door didn’t feel secure. Overall sketchy af, but I guess you get what you pay for. It’s dirt cheap. 100% a learning experience to never get a cheap hotel again. So thank you for that!

We called for a last minute booking and the front desk employee was very kind and helpful. The room although a little dated was clean and comfortable. We definitely would stay here again! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Not the best, but it's not a bad place to stay if you're going to the casinos or just need a place to sleep. The hot water in my bathroom didn't work, but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

I'd stay here again the next time I go to Foxwoods.

A good place to lay your head if you're going to the casinos. Room is pretty basic but usable. I only had a couple of problems like the battery on the lock died and and sink drain ran slow. The staff was very good about everything though so I'm not going to ding them on it. Room was clean, had a desk, table and couch. You could really just sit and chill there if you wanted to. I'd probably stay here again. I've stayed here a few times already.

3 stars because I am disabled, we had to take a room on the 2nd floor,No elevator! Walked into the room and was asphyxiated by the smell of bleach! Took hours to get the smell out! I appreciate the sanitizing but a milder approach would be much better. The room was clean, beds were okay but, not enough blankets. I had to run the air conditioning because of the bleach smell but also it was hot out. You need to put Xtra blankets in the room in case it gets chilly inside ! Not turning off the air I love air on at home and I cover with a blanket. The blankets in the room we sheets! Be sure to ask for blankets if you stay here!

Staying at this location while transitioning to a new apartment, have been here a couple weeks and will be here for a couple more probably. The negative reviews I've seen on here I have not experienced, with the exception of the floors and bedding, I don't know if it's because of what the floors are made of, but we are constantly cleaning them ourselves and they seem very slippery even when dry. Other than that, the room is very clean. Your daily rooms do not come with a microwave, but they do come with a fridge. Your weekly rooms are the ones with the microwave and blow dryer. Having switched rooms from a daily to a weekly that is what I noticed. The staff is always very friendly from the front desk to the girls doing housekeeping and the maintenance guy, have never had one rude encounter with any of them. We have a dog and a cat, this was not an issue they are pet friendly. Beds are pretty comfortable, good pressure in the shower which is important to me and nice sized room where you're not on top of one another. I saw another comment on here that they offer a discounted weekly rate (not true, or at least I did not get one) attracting more or less bad clientele, I have not experienced this either, anyone I've run into here has seemed quite nice, and it's VERY quiet come night time, you do not even know there are other people staying here. Not saying those other reviews are not what they experienced, I'm just saying as a rebuttal that it's not anything I have experienced in the two weeks of being here. Would definitely come back if I find myself in this situation again. Keep up the good work guys!! We appreciate you.
