Drive thru experience. If you’re gonna charge that much at least make sure the proportion are fair. The 1/4 chicken look like a toddler portion. I’m not a big eater but that chicken was soooo small. The cuatro leches it’s mostly cream. Food quality is very poor.

I had an excellent experience at Pollo Tropical thanks to Ivan at the cash register. He was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the ordering process smooth and enjoyable. I recently visited this location and ordered a Avocado Salad. I specifically told the cashier "no tomatoes." They placed tomatoes in the order anyway. Also, the person who is supposed to call the receipt numbers and give people their orders, was not doing their job correctly. She started speaking Spanish, assuming that every customer understands. Whenever someone did not respond she would place the order aside. If I would've stayed in line to receive my order, instead of confronting her, I would've never received my order. The workers are slow, and this location often gets busy. I wouldn't recommend coming here.

To me this seems like a place to quickly get Latin style food, esp for lunch, and when time is limited. Nothing was particularly wrong, just noticed the priority is in getting the food moving and not on the expirence of the customer eating in. The tables were not the cleanest, and the bathrooms were not the standard I would like them to be, like as if they were cleaned that morning and it was 2 pm. The food hit the spot, I just can not rate the same as restaurants that do focus on such things. I would eat here again.

Get at the order panel to let us know there was no more chicken🫡what kind of business is this? At 7:25 p.m., when families are looking for dinner, there is no chicken. It's a horrible-running business, and on top of that, we have to wait for the long car line to be out of it.

Every time I have to visit my son he asks me to bring him 2 whole chickens from this location. He says it have the best taste and flavor from all the locations even the one around his area. Great Job to the grill guy. Coming back pretty soon!
