I was in search of an e-bike for my wife. Bax Cycles asked about the type of rider that she was and the types of roads she wanted to ride on. They recommended a couple of different makes/models and encouraged a demo ride. They adjusted the bike to make sure it fit her correctly and was comfortable. After the demo ride, she fell in love with the Liv Rove E+ by Giant. Great experience with the bike shop.

Excellent service. I’m new to cycling and needed help choosing a bike, figuring out what was important and what’s not etc., and I couldn’t be happier with the help I got from John and his team. They really love cycling and convey a sense of enthusiasm when talking about it. John went to a lot of effort to make a recommendation to me for a new road bike, and I’ve been extremely happy with the choice, and have been having a blast riding this summer. Besides for the incredibly friendly environment, Jon went above and beyond by making sure I had a park pass when he heard where I planned on riding which saved me from riding to the park just to be denied entry! I was very pleased with my first experience with Dave's Cycle. Chris and the entire staff there were extremely kind and helpful in determining some of the issues on my Fuji road bike. I had a lot of chain noise and hard shifting problems which just got worse and worse within the last year. I believed my bike was just in need of a tune-up. Once they inspected it, however, they also found that my rear derailleur had damage to it and was slightly bent with both pulleys having excessive wear. This explained the hard shifting and chain issues. They also found that my rear wheel was well out of alignment. After they completed the work, the bike feels brand new. No more resistance like before. Their prices are great and I will absolutely be coming back. Great selection of accessories there as well. Thank you again!

Bax Cycles owner help me to fix my boys bike in 1 minute and did not charge me a dollar. I am beyond satisfied with it. Dave and his son provided us with phenomenal service. We needed a new chain, new break cables, and we had lots of questions about various baskets and bicycle racks. We came close to closing time but the gentleman were accommodating, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. The store is neat and friendly and products are easy to find. Super friendly shop! I walked in needing help to put together part of a kid’s bike we bought online. They got it figured out in less than 5 mins and did not charge us for it. Highly recommend this place for their quick service and welcoming atmosphere!
