The staff came and opened the facility just for me on Christmas Day!!! Somehow when I scheduled my test, the website had open schedules for today. When I arrived 15 minutes prior to the schedule, the facility was closed so I called the number. A gentleman picked up the phone and told me someone would be here within 30 minutes to open the door and let me have my test. It was less than 15 minutes he showed up. I felt so sorry that he had to come and work just for me on Christmas Day. But he had no complaints and was super nice! I passed my exam! I would recommend this testing center to anyone I know!!! A+!!!
