Thank you Joe!
Was going into Dollar Tree but looked over at Ace and decided to ask for help with my car remote starter that needed a new battery...hoping I would get great customer service and I did!
Joe tackled the tedious job of replacing the battery in my older remote starter and I'm so appreciative of his patience and problem solving skills...great attitudes on all 3 associates that I encountered....highly recommend you taking your needs there....thank you again Joe! 👏👏👏

You can't beat good customer service and folks there's nothing like good old fashioned contact with a live human being instead of a smart phone or computer. Jaimie was very helpful and I didn't have to press a single button or wait to get her attention, know how and the product I walked into Ace's for.

I needed to replace my car’s key fob. Daryll was very helpful and even drove to my house to reprogram it since I couldn’t drive my car without a key fob. Definitely going back here next time I need some tools or mechanical help.

Lazy staff who closes doors before posted time. The guy who is always wearing pajamas to work is notorious for locking up early. The whole point of a hardware store is to be able to grab last-minute items
