Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had . If I could give a 0 , I would ! I waited in like with a server for over 20 minutes . Breanna (the server ) proceeds to ask for help because she seems new on how to apply points to my order. She talked back-and-forth over the headset multiple times in which no one still came to help her 10 minutes pass. You can tell she’s getting anxious. And one of her outside, colleagues tried to help, but don’t know how to the manager still nowhere to be found. I then proceed up to the next line after my phone has enough time to charge after waiting so long she’s able to scan my phone and I’m waiting in the next line for 10 minutes which then I arrive up to the window to get my one kid Mail for my son and asked to speak with the manager. I express my concerns to her and she doesn’t care And had no excuse for not helping or assisting her colleague that clearly needed help. Now you have an untrained employee that has no idea how to do her job and pissed off customer. Worst Chick-fil-A ever! Highly do not recommend.

This review has more to do with the interview process and lack of communication. My son who is 16 applied to this location but told to interview at the Tennessee street a few weeks ago. He even managed to move up the time at their request. My son’s interview was rather short and fast and he was told he would receive an answer that Friday. When he didn’t hear back he called the Tennessee location and was told he would get an answer that next day. Never got a response.

This Chick-fil-A is CONSISTENTLY the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve been to. The food takes forever, the biscuits aren’t cooked all of the way, the breakfast burritos tortilla is almost always rock hard, and the customer service is awful.
I’ve always ordered my chicken well done on a Chick-fil-A sandwich because I like it crispy. Apparently this Chick-fil-A refuses to cook a chicken patty extra?
My order is consistently incorrect or missing key items. This location is a joke.

Normally my food is made fast, so fast it is already ready usually by the time i'm there to pick up. I took one star because of the lack of friendliness by some of the younger generation female staff seem to be rather smug, also my fries have been filled halfway before. Other than that I highly recommend this location. My favorite is the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese and the filet is hot and crispy every single time i've been there. The filet is hanging out the sides and it usually fills me up no problem for lunch and I have a pretty hefty appetite. Love that the playground is open again for my daughter!

It's Chick-fil-A. Food and service is always amazing at any Chick-fil-A. There is parking but it can be challenging during busy hours when the drive thru is wrapped around the building. Wheelchair accessible entrance and an indoor playground! I highly recommend this location. We ordered the grilled chicken club and the spicy southwest salad with grilled nuggets. Both were amazing like usual.

Will we be back? Yes. The indoor playground was a nice surprise.
