What can I say. I’m beyond happy to know my daughters are in the care of Miss Pauline while I’m at work. My oldest has been attending Laila’s Daycare for over 2 years and my baby started at 5 months old and now it’s been a year since she started. Pauline does an amazing job teaching the kids. They’re development is amazing. Not only she’s great with the kids but also with parents; keeping us informed and supporting us in each way she can. My daughters are well behaved in great part due to Pauline and for that and more I am beyond grateful. The place is very nice and clean and I love that Pauline always sends me videos of my daughter’s accomplishments throughout the day. I recommend Laila’s Lighthouse Day Care 100%!!

Laila’s Lighthouse Daycare is the definition of a perfect daycare in my book. I’ve searched for months for a daycare I felt comfortable with that carried my expectations before coming across Laila’s. I couldn’t think of anyone else that is as experienced and qualified as Pauline to watch my kids. I trust no one else honestly. My oldest has been going to her for several years and now my youngest who is now 2 also attends her daycare and I have seen amazing progress in his development. She is very informative and I love that I get pictures and videos of their day to day activities which makes me feel like I’m there for all the fun, growth and development that they experience despite being a busy full time working mother. The environment is very welcoming, colorful, bright, structured, safe, and educational. It replicates a Pre-K setting and I love that she takes the time to work with the kid’s individually and update us on educational progress which helps in knowing what I can continue to work on with my kids at home. She has a different curriculum every week that we get a copy of to know what kind of activities they do throughout the day. She is the one person that my kids have always felt comfortable with and love going to which tells me that she’s the right fit for my family. She is patient, professional, involved, caring and loves what she does which is hard to find in someone these days. I have no worries when my kids are in her care. She teaches the younger kids how to sign words (American Sign Language) to help in communicating what they want which comes into play at home as well. Her establishment is very clean and well maintained which gives me a peace of mind especially during COVID (as it’s also usually common for kids to always get sick at daycare facilities). The kids are also well fed and get snacks and lots of play time indoors and outdoors which I love as they get to enjoy being kids and not being tied to electronics and TVs. They learn life skills which I love as my toddler is very helpful at home with cleaning up and being independent. I can confidently say that when the time comes for my toddler to start school, that he will be prepared. I highly recommend Laila’s Lighthouse Daycare 100%. I have nothing but positive things to say and I feel truly blessed to have my kids at this daycare getting the proper care they deserve. It’s 100% worth it.

Highly recommend! Ms Pauline is amazing! My little one has been going since she was 3 months old (she’s 10 months now). Ms. Pauline understands the trust we put in childcare providers to look after our baby and always gives frequent updates via pictures. She provides weekly updates on educational activities and incorporates our child into all activities to expose her to advanced language and improve her motor skills. Ms. Pauline is also very communicative and involved in our baby’s developmental and feeding journey and will collaborate with me on meals and provide insight/tips whenever we ask (like getting our baby to nap independently-which was a game changer) Our baby has learned so much since starting and is always excited when I say it’s time to go see Ms. Pauline.

I highly recommend Laila’s Lighthouse Daycare. Pauline is an amazing teacher. She works one-on-one with my child in many areas. She is very attentive, loving, and professional. My son enjoys his time each day in her care. The environment is very clean and structured. I get daily pictures and video updates on my child which puts me at ease. My child has advanced in so many areas since starting school.

This is how Daycares should be! We will be sad when she has to start school. The one on one, the education she provides and the creativity and imagination and the attention that she pays to each child! The kids love going there and I Love seeing the stuff they get to do. Thank God that the first time using a Daycare it was with her and it’s great!

Newest review (3/16/2024) My first review was almost 3 years ago when my oldest daughter attended this daycare. Now I'm back with my second daughter who is 1 years old and attending. I'm still pleased with the professionalism and organization from Pauline. She continues giving excellent and safe care to the kids. The children are always engaged during all activities. The one on one learning time is always specified to your child developmental stage and videos are provided during these moments so you as the parent is able to see your child interact with whatever is being taught. This is what I love the most. Pauline communications has never lacked and always is positive and respectful. I highly recommend this daycare!

(Review from 3 year's ago) My daughter has been attending this daycare about 3 months now and I can see the progression in her developmental skills. Pauline has a different curriculum every month for the kids. Pauline does one on one with each child everyday. This one on one time consist of the child doing a learning activity based on age, where they are cognitively and to challenge their minds. Video's are provided of your child doing the learning activity. As a parent, the videos are so helpful. The videos make me aware of the different areas where my child may struggle with and for me to continue the teaching at home.

This daycare is definitely not a place your child will just sit and watch TV until you pick them back up! My daughter loves coming here.

The place is clean and Covid 19 precautions are in place. I believe this daycare is up to CDC standards.

My daughter has been attending Laila's for two years now and we couldn't be happier. Prior to having her enrolled at Lailas she was somewhere else that wasn't providing adequate care so I had to promptly remove her. I reached out to Pauline and luckily she had an opening which I immediately requested to fill. My daughter felt comfortable from the first day which in turn made me even more pleased with my choice to send her there. She caters to my daughters individual needs and follows along with the things I am teaching at home so that they can be reinforced there. They have daily lesson and a lot of hands on actives that help the kids understand the basics of life and science. I recieve videos and pictures throughout the day of my daughter doing various activities which shows me she is actually learning and not just sitting around. Any time my daughter has to miss daycare for whatever reason Pauline is kind enough to send materials home for her to still be able to keep up and complete work while she's out.

The set up of the daycare is very spacious so each child has enough space to work on their given activity at that time. The out door area is beautiful and gated for safety. In the summertime they have plenty of outdoor water play which as you can imagine the kids love. Even though the daycare is big Pauline still finds time to clean it well. Every day when I drop my daughter off and pick her up it smells very clean which is reassuring since Covid-19 is still present in our community.

I have no doubt in my mind that this is the best place I could have chosen for my daughter to go. Not only have I seen how great she is with kids but my daughter also comes home everyday telling me loves it there and she can't wait to go back the next day . I would definitely recommend Laila's Lighthouse to any parent who wants quality care and someone who will go above and beyond to make sure your child is safe and learning .

Way better than your average daycare . My daughter started here at 19 months . She wasn’t a big talker but as soon as she started working with Ms.Pauline she started to express herself more and more. Full sentences and phrases . I can honestly say she even started to develop a better understanding of wrong and right. I would definitely recommend! Ms. Pauline is the equivalent of putting you’re infant in charter school!
