🌟I recently took a Epi-refresher course with Manchester CPR, and I can't recommend it enough. My instructor, Dawn Sinclair, was simply amazing. She's an incredibly funny, kind, and compassionate nurse instructor who truly engages with her students. Her teaching style is energetic and spunky, making the class both informative and enjoyable. She explains concepts in a way that's easy to understand and remember, using jokes and examples that stick with you.

🌟What truly sets Dawn apart is her ability to engage with her students. She actively listens, asks open-ended questions, and ensures everyone is on the same page. Thanks to her, I scored a 101 on my test without even needing to refer back to my notes or booklet. I really enjoyed participating in the medication 💊 class at Manchester CPR program. The instructor give me valuable knowledge of the importance of why learning the right way of administering medication and the effects of wrongly administering medication to a child's. I highly recommend if you need this course to take it through this organization.

Dawn was a fantastic teacher and really explained all aspects of CPR and First Aid. I feel well equipped should there be any instances were I need to give aid. Her son was also very knowledgeable of CPR and was helpful as well. I would recommend this class to any parent or care giver.
