This is the main building for West Hartford leisure services. There are year round programs for all ages. As a former school, there are plenty of class rooms and gym.

My client love this place!! The center offer all kinds or recreational Activities for all ages. I appreciate the place for the programs which caters to individuals with special needs. The personnel are friendly and registration is easy and affordable.

My daughter was here for day camp and the camp was wonderful. Patient, kind counselors and lots of fun activities.

But the ECC itself is old, and dirty and smells bad. Still, we'll probably send our daughter again next summer.

The Elmwood community center is not only for elderly citizens of West Hartford CT but it's also for young adults who have special needs and are disabled. Mentally and physically. I've had some memories of the place. It's the place where my ex girlfriend and I attended events.
