Today, I received a political message from a church that indirectly, but quite clearly, tried to dictate who I should vote for—specifically endorsing a ‘blue wave’ candidate. It’s disgusting! Churches should stay out of politics. I’ve never been to a church that openly supports criminals, but this one was livestreaming from a correctional facility where 80% of the offenders are serving life sentences for first-degree murder, sex offenses, and child abuse. It’s deeply disrespectful to the public. What a shame. I will never attend that church again.

This is a solid church that leans non-denominational reformed in its theology. You get the opportunity to hear from a rotating staff of pastors and they are all preaching from the Word.

The administration of the church seems well run and friendly. Organization and execution of events is good.

The standout aspect of this church is the kids program. Not just on Sundays but the summer events and mid-week events are excellent too. All staff is background checked and thoroughly trained. We have 2 kids with special needs and the church is well equipped with one on one helpers and general training.

Woodmen Vally Chapel is a great congregation. We don’t turn anyone away come as you are and hear God‘s word.

I attended this facility for a year and a half. Only once was I ever greeted or welcomed at the main entrance. In addition they promote their Connection Central where you can find out information about various activities the church has. On three separate occasions I went to Connection Central which had several people in it and stood for approximately 4-5 minutes. Never once was I greeted nor did anyone offer to help me. This is not a friendly, fellowship Church.

In addition on my final attendance at this facility the Pastor proclaimed that there were many good churches in Colorado Springs and he knew most of the pastors and would be happy to provide recommendations. When I called for some recommendations the rude lady who answered the phone insisted he never said that and they didn't provide a list.

I found this church very unfriendly and unhelpful for Christians. Do not recommend it at all. I gave it a fair chance. Recommend you avoid and find a different church that has the love of Jesus in their congregation and fellowship.

I have gone here a few times and I enjoyed it in the beginning, but they aren't really helpful and caring when you actually need it. I was diagnosed with cancer and I needed help, rides to my surgery and some financial assistance. The Pastor said he would be on it to help me get rides and assistance, but I never heard back from him. I called him a week prior to my surgery and he was on vacation!! I figured out my rides on my own. But don't say you care and you're here for me, when you aren't! I really thought I was going to have a church community here, but nope. Just another Church that says a lot of stuff, but doesn't back it up! I wouldn't recommend this Church if you are wanting to feel welcomed and support. They just want people to give tithe and pretend to fellowship and do God's work. This just puts an additional bad taste in my mouth for Churches and the people that attend them.

This is my church and I am so proud of it. Our church is sincerely striving to love people well and change lives through Jesus Christ. Gospel-centered biblical teaching, multi-generational, missionally minded, big heart for the city. Leadership has taken/is taking great strides toward making it easy to connect and find community. You should join us!

Street signs directing guests to parking need work. The signs were too small to read at a distance. I managed to upset a driver when I didn't turn so that I could enter the second drive. Once into the building everyone was friendly and inviting. Pastor message was awesome. Worship experience was totally awesome. Recommend reviewing the website for details.
