In my opinion, it is an organization that means well but it is very disorganized and has poor leadership. Frequent staff changes because employees quit out of frustration and bad treatment. The org does try to help children.

Recently I moved and during my cleaning, I realized I had household linens and items, clothing and accessories I would have no use for in my new climate but wanted them to benefit a good organization. I scheduled a pick-up of 20 bags of mixed items very easily on line with BBBS, and the items were picked up from my front door and a receipt left with no issues! Thank you for making this so easy!

Big Brothers Big Sisters clothing donation pick-up service is so easy that I've stopped donating anywhere else. I book online, but there's phone service, too, and everyone is always prompt and polite. I ALSO love that I don't even have to be home. I can just leave my bags of clothes outside and they leave a receipt in the mailbox. Great cause, too!

Great Organization! We used the website to schedule pickup which was very easy. I have used twice in past few months and met the driver on one occasion who was very nice and extremely helpful. I will definitely use any time I have items to donate.

The worst!!! First you have to wait ALL DAY, from 7am-pm and no call, no show. I called 3 times, all 2 reps were extremely sweet and professional; however, the driver that claimed to have come, simply did not. I have a video camera facing the door; so, unless they are invisible, they never came. Take you donations to "Green Drop" and have less aggravation!

I have had 2 donation pickups that were scheduled online, from my home in the last few months. Pick-ups were as scheduled, the driver was courteous and friendly, we appreciate the free service provided by BBBS.
