Absolutely loving this gym! It's so convenient for me since I work in the same building. I pop in during my lunch hour from 1-2 o'clock and it's never too crowded when I go. The ambiance is fantastic, everyone is friendly, and they have personal trainers available for scheduling.

The Arena is a hidden gem here in Westchester. The management & staff are some of the most knowledgeable professionals in the fitness industry. I was hesitant to return to the gym environment, yet glad I did, as I must admit that Charlie and his staff maintain strict covid protocols and are constantly sanitizing the equipment and common workout areas. I highly recommend the Arena!

Love this gym! I've been a member for 9 years and will not go anywhere else. The facility is beautiful with lots of natural light, plenty of cardio machines, and a good number of weight training machines. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and able to put a program together to help you reach your goals, be it losing weight or putting on muscle, or both. They can accommodate every level of fitness. An added bonus is that the staff has specialized training to work with people with injuries and/or disabilities. They have an expert dietitian and massage therapists on staff. They see every client as an individual and work tirelessly with you to tailor a program to meet your specific health needs, while supporting you each and every step of the way. This is the finest gym I have ever been in, bar none.

I have now been training at The Arena for close to 5 months and I could not be happier. I am training with Rob and he has changed my life. He is getting my fitness goals in check and has made a tremendous positive impact in my life. He truly is getting my body and mind right for my wedding in May. Any negative reviews in regards to the facility are NOT accurate at all. I continue to promote my trainer Rob and the facility any chance I get.

The Arena has been great throughout COVID, always being kept clean and there are boxes on the ground that only one person can be in at a time to ensure social distancing. It is also never crowded to a point where I would feel unsafe. You make an appointment online to make sure there is space for you to enforce this. I've never had a problem scheduling an appointment. 10/10 would recommend, especially during these times!

I only work out with a personal trainer in the pt room but she’s top notch called Hideka. The facility is great and the attention is great. I am improving and I am older so it is helpful to have this place in my life.

Great Facility, quite honestly a hidden gem. Staff is welcoming and offers aid if you need it. Tons of parking as well. So glad I gave this place a shot.
