It is simple: they will steal your goods and then blame a third party for it. I sent a package with about $800 in goods and it just disappeared, they never were able to show me a document proving it was not their fault, so I assume it is. Please save yourself a bad time and go look another serious courier

In November 2017 i sent 2 boxes of products for my family to Venezuela. the boxes were supposed to arrive the second week of December for the holidays. i sent Christmas presents and stuff for my family for New years. The merchandise arrived almost a month later in mid January and not only that, half of the contents inside the package were missing so obviously at some point someone opened my package, took things and then re-sealed it to make it look like my package was not tampered with. i brought all my things to the shipping office and the guy there insisted on packing my things and then demanded $20 from me as a tip when i could have done that easily myself. which was quite irritating and just really shows the lack of professionalism they have.. i attempted to post a review on Instagram and they deleted it.long story short this company lacks professionalism, they under deliver on their promises, and worst of all your property is at the mercy of criminals and theifs. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR PROPERTY ITS NOT WORTH THE RISK. PAY A LITTLE BIT MORE AND YOU WILL BE HAPPY THAT THE STUFF YOU SPEND MONEY ON FOR YOUR FAMILY GETS TO YOUR FAMILY AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING HAPPENING TO YOUR STUFF!!!

The service is good and the handle of boxes but , hey i went there and they have this young guy teapping the boxes without a mask and is not secure for the people that goes there or the people receiving the packages because corona virous situation ... i wish i can press 0 stars on this review
