I spent seven months learning Spanish at KS Language Academy with Ingrid. She is a great teacher who is friendly and patient. Taking classes with her for two hours once a week built up my confidence in speaking Spanish and made me more comfortable with difficult grammatical concepts. I appreciated that the classes were both fun and flexible, allowing me to learn on-site in Tampa when I could or join online via Zoom. Mariana was also a great teacher whenever she filled in for Ingrid and all my interactions with her on the business end were courteous. Highly recommend KS Language Academy for learning Spanish in Tampa!

I highly recommend Mariana and the instructors at KS Language Academy. There are many different options for class types (private, semi-private, small group) and levels of proficiency. Each student meets with Mariana to establish which class best suits their level of understanding and schedule. Consistent class attendance is an excellent way to continue progressing and each session includes grammar, vocab and conversation. I highly recommend Reina as a teacher. She is very knowledgeable and creates a comfortable and engaging environment to work on improving Spanish language skills.

I am learning so much conversational Spanish by attending KS language Academy!! Mariana is such a great teacher and is very funny and nice! The classroom is conveniently located and very conducive to small group classes. I love learning here!

I have studied at KS Language Academy for the past year and I can honestly say that my Spanish language skills have improved from when I first started. I took the group class. The classes are a combination of speaking, grammar, vocabulary, and reading comprehension. The teachers and staff are wonderful, accommodating, and always seek to help you develop your language skills. I am more confident corresponding with Spanish-speakers than I was before and I look forward to continuing to develop my Spanish language skills.

KS Language Academy is a great solution for in person learning. The group setting helped with constant practice and the syllabus made for a smooth learning process. I recommend them for anyone looking to learn or hone Spanish speaking skills! I was in classes for about a year and have seen immense improvement in my own ability.

Learning with Ingrid was an incredible experience! The classes put me in a comfortable environment to practice Spanish and make mistakes, with the framework to teach me grammatical rules and new vocabulary. They were also very flexible with in-person and remote classes. I'm able to hold conversations in Spanish now! Looking to get certified soon.

As someone who’s half-Mexican, I have long wanted to improve my Spanish proficiency as te La gauge was unfortunately not spoken much in my household. Seeing the overwhelming positive reviews for KS Language Academy lead me to reaching out to them, taking an assessment exam and proceeding to get set up with a Spanish tutor. The entire process was extremely convenient and comfortable thanks to Mariana Kappler, and I was lucky to be assigned to an amazing teacher, Luisa. I’ve been working with her for the past two months and my confidence in speaking, as well as my vocabulary and comp, has grown by leaps and bounds already. I highly recommend KS Language Academy and Luisa to anyone who’s interested in learning or improving their Spanish-speaking abilities.
